Good view from the top of the tower

We drove to the top of the mountain and then took the elevator to the top of the tower for a 360 view of the area.

First, let me tell you . . . if you know what a real mountain is, you'll laugh. The first time I went to the mountain and we drove up it in less than 10 minutes, I asked "Where's the mountain?" I grew up in Colorado. Hot Springs Mountain's really just a large hill, but that doesn't take away from... More

Just go. You will not be disappointed. The trails are marked and maps are available; there are shelters and rest stops; and places to just look and enjoy the forest.

Easy hikes around the mountain for all abilities. Drive up to the top and enjoy the views or hike the longer trails to get a bit more exercise.

Driving up the mountains in Hot Springs is breathtaking. We spent hours driving around making videos of our experience. I highly recommend and end up at Gulfa Gorge park.

This is definitely worth a trip just for the view. I bet it would be even more beautiful in the fall when the leaves are changing. If you are afraid of heights, then you may not want to do this one. I really liked how they had signs up to tell you which direction you were facing (north, south, east,... More
