Bird's eye view

Beautiful bird's eye view of the area. It was fun to pick out the different attractions in Hot Springs.

Great little drive to the top with an observation area and spots to have picnics. You can hike or drive up to the top. The hike and drive are free but the tower is not.

Of course it was hot. We were there in July and yes we hiked. But the trails were mostly shaded and benches were located along the way to rest. The exercise was invigorating and I would do it all over again but on different trails.

Loved the drive and scenic overlook!! We went on Monday, found out the tower was closed, but took the drive up the mountain anyway. Loved it!

We went up West Mountain and it was only about a ten minute drive. We did it about 6pm on a hot Monday evening, high 90's. From the three viewing areas on the road you get a vert good view of Hot Springs. If you take the walk to the towers from the summit lot, you probably also get a... More

Mountains are really beautiful and you can see all of Hot Springs. Spring and fall best but anytime worth the trip.

Hot Springs is a beautiful area and can be seen in a couple hours. I was hoping to hike to see the actual hot springs but it was at the end of town in a park. One can touch the water but it was very hot and the park it was in was very nice. Two cold water fountains allowed... More
