It is a special experience to try cold spring, and you can feel your body become warmer after staying at the cold spring for a while. However it is rather cold to do this in Nov already. I believe it will be great if you can try in summer time. Remember to bring a towel as no towel is provided... More

Went to this famous cold spring on a monday afternoon. The counter will sell you a room for 2 (depending on the number of persons) and it includes free usage at the common pool. The room for 2 was private, with the cold spring and a tub for hot water. Instructions is to dip in the hot water for 10... More

We booked a room for 2 person with hot and cold spring water for NT $450. Due to hot weather, I do enjoy soaking in cold spring water.I heard only 2 in the world with this cold spring water. Worth a visit.

The cold spring is COLD. Go on a hot day and enjoy the icy waters cleansing your body. I recommend getting a private room along with enjoying the large cold spring area.

The cold spring is kind of old and lack of maintainence. I went to the private cold spring and again it was old and just a simple room. It was a good experience but I wouldn't say it is a must-visit-place

It's a cheap entry fee (NT$70 - approx. U$2-3 per person for public bath) and the water is cool for a hot weather, however it's not very clean and not as we expected. A little bit of disappointment, but overall okay. We did not try the private bath though.

I was a little worried after reading the other reviews, but I absolutely loved it! I only went to the public springs, so I don't know what the private rooms are like, but the public springs were clean. There were not many people there, so we didn't need to use a locker- just left our belongings on the steps while... More

Suao cold spring is one of the only two cold spring locations in the world. Even though we went on a cool spring day, it was an interesting experience for us. It was a cold bubbly soak, and it felt like we were soaking in soda water. Even the place seems run down, I recommend a visit to Suao if... More

The cold spring is full of bubble which floated from ground. Makes you feel whole new experience of cold spring. Imagine you take a bath in soda.

My wife and me was at the Suao Cold Spring in Dec. The whole place is bit of a disappointment. It is not only run-down the cubicle for two person is real cramp. So when one of them take a shower the other person has to wait. Imagine the chillness while waiting. Secondly, the water was already filled up when... More
