Went here since it was not too far away from our hotel at Petitenget. Just a few kilometers down the road and we easily reached the beach. It was quiet at that time, perhaps because we went there just a day before Nyepi..so there were not much of people around. The not so crowded beach that we like..we got there... More

Once a great little spot, this has deteriorated into a disappointing warung for food. However, if you are simply looking for a drink to watch the sunset this place is good. Stick to the regular types of drink though and ask that the beer is served really cold. The kitchen is set up behind the beach about 100 metres away... More

I like to rent a long chair here just to take a nap, then see the sunset. This beach not as busy as Kuta, Legian or Seminyak... I like it here when i want to feel relaxed.. this is the right place to spend a day with..

With few warungs encroached by new villa developments, this area will be different in 6-12months but meanwhile, I enjoyed chilling out and sun tanning in Warung Cantina which is popular with gays. The nearby Potato Head is defnitely trendy and cool

They have all facilities but a complete different beach than the crowded Kuta area. If you like it quiet and relaxing.... this is the place to go!

Intravenous needles all along this beach. We found seven in the first three days. Rubbish lines the laneways and the beach. A terrible pity.

You can find better beaches in Bali, but this is a great place for relaxing with several excellent cafes (visit now before the govt tears them down for being built too close to the water) that are cheap as chips and have excellent views of the superb sunsets. Beats every other crowded beach around hands down.

All restaurants on that beach have been pulled down due to being somewhat illegal - La Barca apparently caused the hassles with local government and authorities and that bar has already gone. The three local warungs inc Pantai and Cantina are open again in the full glory of beachside freshness (yeah) while the big grass roofed place at the far... More
