Reminded me of Bhusi Dam ( Lonavala ). Built by Britishers. You can have a short boating session ( Rs 100 ). Having a bath would in the waterfall looks difficult for ladies. No option for standard meals - better carry light snacks.

one of the greatest water falls in kanyakumari, it is just few miles away from kanyakumari main centre, one must to very careful while entering inside the falls, as there are very chances of slipping , remember do not go during rain season.

It is an man made Falls but Ok.We enjoyed the strong water flow, there are separate areas for the Women,so no problem. The park around this falls is useless.

You won't regret a visit to the Thirparappu waterfalls. Thirparappu waterfalls located in Kanyakumari District 42 km from Nagercoil it isn't as spectacular as the one at Courtallam or Hogenakkal -- the water falls from just a little over 50, 60 feet -- but it is more peaceful because there are fewer visitors here. This is also a man-made waterfall.... More
