Best view to statue and sunset. Beach is ditry, water is cloudy, beach is small and not for swimming, women can take bath only in clothes, but it's southern point in India. .

Its quite a brilliant feel knowing that you are at the southernmost tip of India. The sunrise is awesome and one must visit this place once in life.

The place is known for confluence of Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea as well as the southernmost point of India. This is a place for peace seekers not party animals. Contrasting to Goa, this place is a famous destination among Retirees and family people. You don't really see much young faces. Having said that....this place is amongst... More

Kanyakumari is about 80km from Trivandrum (the nearest international airport). A very calm and good place to visit. A must visit place for first time visitors to the Southern part of the country. It's peculiarly is Triveni Sangam (meaning the merging of 3 oceans) of Indian ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. The beach not very big, but good... More
