We went here with 3 other friends. This beach is a must visit as it is a junction point of all the three oceans plus Vivekanand Memorial Rock. Kaniyakumari known for pilgrimage and tourism is on the southernmost point of Indian sub-continent. An ancient temple of Goddess and Vivekanand Rock Memorial along with statue of Thiruvalluvar is the major attraction. This is also a Sunrise and Sunset point (Both) and it has three Seas meeting point which is clearly visible with a naked eye as well.

The speciality over here is you can witness 3 ocean meets at single point, you will be able to see waves from 3 direction meets together. Beggars and salesman are annoying so don't entertain them. If you looking for shell made souvenirs best and cheap place to buy is Rameswaram.

The last point of land in india is a wonderful thing to see.... The meeting of 3 oceans together at one point. And the sunrise and the sunset make it even more beautiful place at the kovalam beach. Being a touristy place it helps overcome the language challenge as against other places
