Not a very interesting place to visit. There is nothing interesting to see over there. Its just a simple and small lake. It could be a good picnic spot.

A good place for walking on the long and safe Dam with seating all along and security man at the gate. When we had gone there no hawkers were allowed to sell corn, golas ,etc, all along the Dam. Only at the starting where cars are parked. This is one activity to do free of cost for the entire family.... More

This place has a center for car parking where the stalls sell corn cobs and golas. There are a good amount of cows and buffaloes there to eat the used cobs. There is a long dam to walk on as much as you like with good crowd of people so you will neither be alone or overcrowded as it is... More

Unlike other spots at Lonavala, this lake is not at all crowded and we could peacefully sit near the bank of the lake for some time. The water was clean and we could see through the water and fishes inside. We saw some kids catching fish and crab with great efficiency. You can get a fish spa by dipping your... More

This place is just too beautiful to miss. Visit this place in end August when its raining. It is totally isolated from all noise, hustle and bustle. A perfect combination of beauty and nature. You can drive right upto the foot of lake. Not much crowded and you can enjoy peace and nature at its best. A must visit.

The most mesmerizing view during monsoons. Catch hold of a local guide who can take you on a trek to a secluded location to experience the lake at its best. A midst the hills with small waterfalls in between this walk would be truly breath taking.

This dam cum lake is at some height near Lonavala. It is 3-4 km from Lonavala railway station. Last some distance is steep and takes some good energy. However sight from top is excellent. On one hand you can see overview of Lonavala as well as some part of Khandala and on other hand silent waters of dam ! You... More
