Hats off to sculptor...effort by him in giving importance to even minute details is really apprecable....most of d statues look like real except few..yes size of some of statues are misappropriate but still ok considering overall effort put in.. But my request to museum management is to keep only statues of known personalities as one can compare or recognise. There are... More

Very nice work done by the sculpture, but the worst part is you need to be double cautious if you are there as if you touch the statue there is a penalty of 25 k. I did enjoy it as i was travelling with my 3 years old kid and i was busy taking care of him.

Excellent piece of work.Only thing I liked in Lonavala, apart from Imagica..Well maintained.Real life like images, although the size and proportions are not upto mark.Still a very nice effort.

Worth a Visit...some statues are lifelike...check out Anna Hazarra. I'm sure this place will soar with more statues they plan to add.

This place is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss while you are here. While some statues are excellent and gives you a feeling that "Wow! how did they manage to do this!", others are OK and a decent attempt (atleast they have not disfigured anyone). The entry fees is Rs 100 which is not cheap but since this is unique... More

If I am not wrong, the sculptor of all the statues is Sunil Kandaloor. I must say, he is got tremendous talent. We really need to appreciate this person for bringing our very own Indian Wax museum. Except a few statues, all look so alive, as if they would just speak up. Michael Jackson and Angelina Jolie idols are not... More

Anna hazare, Kapil dev statue were very good. It is near to the MTDC resort. Ticket cost is 100rs/person. You can click photos but make sure you do not touch them.

something like this should have been an expansive project, the guide sort of gets you in and is warning you about the costs if any item on display is spoilt due to touch, the models except for modi, anna hazare and tagore are quite badly made and the area is cramped not lit well very badly managed i would say.

We have our very own Madam Tussauds here in Lonavala. The wax art is tremendous. The personalities literally feel like they would start talking to you. The artist has fed life in these statues. An attraction you can see within a half an hour so its worth stopping by. The fees are also very reasonable at a 100 bucks. A... More

Visited the Wax Museum on my recent trip to Lonavala. Nice attraction. Indians look authentic. They look lifelike. But the same cannot be said for foreigners. Their heights were all messed up. They do not look real. But overall a good experience but has scope for improvement. Kudos to the sculptor for making an effort.
