Every Hill station typically has points. Vantage points that offers an expansive views that are humbling and calming and at the same time exhilarating. Lonavala although being the most popular hillstation has very few of these. But Lions Point is just that. A Vantage point. Lions point is along the winding road that goes to Aamby valley. Close proximity to... More

The Lion's point is a kind of mid way point between Lonavla and Ambivali. The point has many local eateries offering tea, maggi and pakodas. The place is worth visiting in morning, evening and night.

This was the best place in Lonavala atleast for me. Considering the fact that I visited Lonavala on a day when it was hot and sunny, this was an exciting place. The road to this place is well built and relatively traffic-free. Since it is at a decent altitude, you will encounter some curves and some steep ones too but... More

Lion Point is an ideal place to on a weekend drive with friends during monsoon. It may get a bit crowdy but if you are an adventure freak take your car to a far flunged area, take some weed, put on loud music in your car and it will be fun. You can order some amazing pakoros, chai and maggi.... More

Honestly, none of the points in Lonavala offer a panoramic view and the terrain too is barren except during the rains. Of these, Lion's Point is possibly the best. The view is of the Sahyadri range in front with a glimpse of Lonavala lake and town on the extreme right. It's a picnic point of sort too with lots of... More

The Lion's Point is located around 15 min drive from the main Lonavala market and gives an amazing view of the valley. We enjoyed the Bhajias, tea and maggi over here. The place is a must visit. Please do not Litter whoever is visiting the lovely spot.

Stunning view from Lion's point...Though I visited here in the March, it was not that green but still view was nice...I will definitely try to go in rainy season. You will see people are having Hukkas, liquor in the public place. This place is not at all for family.

Time: 2:00 AM,,,sitting on a cliff, enjoying enthralling view of sahyadri mountains...with hot corn, bhaaji and music...then a cold breeze took me to a never-never land...

I went at the wrong time, hence not the right person to give a review. All I can say is in the month of February, it is not at all a worthy place to visit.
