Lonavala is about an hours drive from Mumbai and a visit to this temple is a must to marvel at the dedication and hard work of the people living several centuries ago. This is truly a magnificent contruction in solid granite, and a pius dedication to the Gods of the time.

The climb up is painful and the local crowd is always pushing in queues. The shopkeepers touch you and ask you to buy Puja material. Please avoid!
