We joined many, many others on the 4th of July visiting this site that helped turn the tide of war. The Rangers and volunteers were out in force. We limited ourselves to watching two videos and touring the exhibits. A 30 minute video highlights the human aspect of the fight. A 15 minute video illustrates the troop movements. Both were... Great place just to hang out, learn about Greensboro's involvement in the Revolutionary War, or just take a walk.

Most people don't realize the importance that the Battle of Guilford Courhouse played in the Revolutionary War. Despite budget cuts to the National Park Service, the Rangers do a good job of keeping the visitor's center clean and well repaired. The displays are interesting, beautifully created, and do a good job of telling the story of an important battle, without... More

The national park is an oasis of trees and history..the trails are well maintained and are easily accessible by all ages 365 days a year... free parking and a tour of the visitor's center is a must...here awaits a small museum and video presentation... the rangers and their staff are are open and very willing to share their knowledge..

Very cool park with a lot of information to read and feel just in the park. Great place for adults, kids, runners and walkers. Everything is in the shape you would assume from a national park!

At the visitor center the ranger waited until we were ready and started a video of the park for us. Since the day was hot, we did not walk through the park, we only stopped at the points of interest. But it was interesting to give the kids a hint of the Revolutionary War.

This is a must-do for visitors to Greensboro who have any interest in history. The park is large with lovely shaded walking trails and numerous interesting monuments. No two are the same. There's a drive that others have mentioned that is good in hot or rainy weather. The visitors' center has a fascinating display of artifacts from the battle and... More

I have taken several out of state visitors to this attraction. I bought the narration CD to play in the car as we drove around the circuit getting out to view at each stop. Interesting historical information.

Well done with lots of info and great walking trails if it had not been 100 degrees. Good audio tour on cell phone though.
