What a great night! I’ve done a lot of reviews on TripAdvisor, and I’m fairly stingy with my 5 star reviews, but this tour really does earn every one! I booked this tour for a friend as a birthday present. I decided to bring my 8 yr old daughter along since she LOVES ghost stories and I saw other reviews... More

Such a fun and informing experience. Dan was the best tour guide and told us a lot of skin crawling stories about the city of Greensboro! I definitely advise doing this!!

This tour was amazing, full of historical reference to back up the tales of the various locations and really I wanted to hear and see more. I will definitely come back to experience this tour again!

As an author, historian, and researcher I admit I was deeply impressed with Nightmares Around elm Street. Dan is an excellent storyteller, charming, highly entertaining, and professional (not to mention cutting quite a dash in his period clothing!). When he relates the history of a creepy old building, weather you believe in ghosts or not, you begin to get a... More

This tour was pretty amazing. I'm very into "spooky stories" and the tour guide was very good at telling these historical/spooky stories. It was very interesting to hear all the historical events that caused hauntings in greensboro. I stayed at the Biltmore hotel and that was one of the stops on the tour. It was a little creepy but I... More

Great time. Dan is fun and informative. Learned so much about the places I frequently go. After the tour we had food at MCouls and the staff told us about all the things Dan had described.

I'm a big fan of history and the ghost tour provided a more entertaining perspective of Greensboro's history. Dan was a fun tour guide, and really tried getting us participants to stand back in time to understand the history of paranormal activity. As new stories and information have come about, the tour has been updated accordingly. Highly recommend this tour... More

We had a great time with our guide Dan. We learned a lot of history about the area along with some spooky real life tales. The tour takes about 90 minutes but it flys by. The walk is a little less than 1 mile. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dan! Lisa and Blaine from Atlanta.
