Didn't know quite what to expect, but Dan was an excellent guide. I'm from Gboro, but still learned a lot about the history. As everyone says, Dan is a wonderful story teller, and would be a great history teacher! He would totally keep the students engaged. The blend of history and haunted tales is perfect. Even my husband and our... More

I am a native Greensborian and didn't know most of the history presented on this tour. I thought it was extremely fun and informative. Dan is an excellent storyteller, easygoing and funny. I would definitely do it again, and probably will anytime a group of friends is looking for something to do.

I am native to Greensboro and I had NEVER done the ghost tour here, despite my love for all things paranormal. I got a small group of friends together for my husbands birthday and we did the tour. I was amazed at how much Greensboro history I didn't know. I was completely enthralled the entire time, and so was my... More

I randomly found this ghost walk as a date idea. She had expressed an interest in the paranormal and wanted to learn more about her new city. I was hoping for a good time, but this was such an awesome experience. Dan is an incredible storyteller. He's super professional, egnaging, and overall a solid entertainer. I not only learned a... Dan was an enthusiastic and knowledgable guide; he was easy to laugh with, and at. The tour was good exercise and full of fun facts about a city that I walk and drive through every day. The stories told blend nicely together and take boring old Greensboro to a very not boring level. I would absolutely recommend Dan and this... More

I didn't go to grade school in NC, so there was a lot of history about the area that I didn't know. These guys did a fabulous job of supporting their ghost stories with historical facts (ie there's a ghost story about Blandwood mansion and a lot of history about deaths on the property, especially soldiers). I learned a ton... More

I really enjoyed this tour. Even as a lifelong resident, I learned things about my hometown I never knew. Our guide Dan did a great job setting the mood and telling the haunted tales. He mixed a good balance of history, horror, and humor. Very professional and entertaining! I know there are some buildings and alleys downtown I'll never look... More

What if there was a lost graveyard under the pavement where you are standing? Are the eyes in that statue following you? Topher is a knowledgeable and articulate guide weaving the history, facts and suppositions of Greensboro lore into stories that reveal the growth of a city from revolutionary times through the civil war to bring you to the doorstep... I was visiting Greensboro on vacation with my siblings, and this looked like a fun way to spend the evening, especially the weekend before Halloween. And I was not disappointed. There was a lot of history interspersed with "ghost stories" from the city, and the tour guide was even dressed in period garb. He carried around a large lantern with... More

The tour was great, surprised of all the history that surrounds Greensboro and the haunts around the town. Your guide is dressed in era clothing and is highly knowledgeable regarding the information and the history of the city, very professional through out the tour as well, if you want to try something different and fun, give this a try
