What fun. Took the grand kids, 3 and 12 to see an exhibition on dinosaurs and ended up spending three hours visiting all kinds exhibits and a wonderful small zoo attached. We had so much fun we took a year long annual membership that also allows us to visit science centers and zoos all over the country for free or... More

The museum is not very big but it's packed with interesting things to see and do. They are building a new aquarium which will double their size but it doesn't look like it will be done for a while. We went on a monday afternoon about 1:00 (after the school buses were leaving) and we practically had the place to... More

Enjoyed three hours with my grand kids yesterday. A nice little zoo outside with barn animals, tigers, monkeys & alligators. Inside a planetarium and nice 'hands-on exhibits. Great value and if you live in the area get a season pass. More

Nice place to visit for kids and young ones. Many science exhibits with interactive tools, a small animal habitats and upcoming aquarium make it great place to visit. I beleive first Wenesday of each month is free after 4 PM. We visited it often and loved it. The staff is congenial and overall its a good return on money. More

I love, love, love the Natural Science Center. It is a great way to spend a afternoon for all ages. I go as often as I can and I take young and old visitors with me. Go on a nice day and enjoy the outside area. More

This place is wonderful for folks of all ages. If you have an NC Zoo or Aquarium pass, this is one of the places you can visit as well. The center will be adding their own aquarium next year, so it will be even better than it is now! There is something for all ages. I particularly liked petting the... More

There's not always a lot to see, but the kids (5 and 8) have a great time at this little "museum" and "zoo". More
