The park no longer has any attractions as the butterfly house is empty, the ponds are just full... More

We visited the nature reserve and orphanage on a trip to Kenya. Taking our children to stay in a luxury hotel we really felt we ought to offer some help outside the gates of our idyllic accommodation. Searching the internet I became intrigued by the Good samaritan nature reserve and its attempt to become self sufficient. The owner made me... More

Our 1st time stay in Kilifi was just great, mostly sunny and breezy days in July, easy shopping at Tuskys Supermarket, and You get a wonderful view and shade from roadside trees and flower plants on the way, and it was a great staying at GOSANA (aka Good Samaritan Nature Reserve). Outside Tuskys Supermarket or at MiniBus (Matatu) Stage you... More

A truly fantastic place to stay and meet the community! Lots of dik diks, squirrels, an ostrich and monitor lizards to spot on the nature trail as well as the fish ponds. It is very well maintained. Great food: simple breakfast, good lunch and great dinner of swahili food. The staff can also book you tuk tuks and are very... More

They are part of the school and orphanage at Good Samaritans so you can really add to your overall experience by visiting... More

I visited the Good Samaritan for a dinner party, and had an excellent time. The food was wonderful - best chapatis I've ever had, and I've lived in Kenya for the last 10 months. We were also taken for a tour of the grounds, which were well kept and contained a lot of interesting projects (butterfly gardens, fish farms, etc.).... More

I arranged a friends 30th birthday party here and I was very happy with everything. During the day the walk in the beautiful reserve, walking amongst dik diks, a huge variety of bird life, the fish farms etc was so much fun for the kids and the adults! Then we had a wonderful meal in the large restaurant there situated... More
