This place is a lot of fun! I definitely recommend spending your fun money here instead of one of the many Ripley attractions in town. I definitely got startled by the actors and other mechanical scares, and there are many things about this haunted house that are incredibly unique and nothing like anything I've ever experienced at other haunted houses.

The Mysterious Mansion is a supencful self guided tour that leads you through 3 stories of hidden rooms and secret passageways with nonstop surprises. The attraction was well worth the money and it is not so scary that when you leave you are afraid to walk back to your hotel. Overall I highly recommend it and suggest you to visit... More

We had been to other haunted houses in gatlinburg but none has been any fun for us. When we were getting ready to go home we found this creepy looking place and decided to try it out. It met all of our expectations. Probably one of the best haunted houses I've been to. We still don't know how the actors... More

I have always wanted to visit this house and the bright purple color of the mansion lured me in. It was not quite as I expected I think due to not many employees working the haunt. The lady taking the money at the booth had no personality at all. When I went there in Sept there was a guy there... More

Skip the Ripley's attraction and head one street over for the Mysterious Mansion! You won't regret it! This was not a far stroll from the main strip of town, and it was worth the walk. It is a three story self guided tour of a haunted house. It's almost a maze as you can turn in doors and hallways that... More

My family & brothers family decided they wanted to try a haunted house & the reviews showed this was the best. After about 20 minutes of trying to talk all the kids into it (15, 12, 11, 9 & 6yo) my husband took all the kids while we stood in the foyer & waited. My 11 year old was back... More

Being a cabin owner, I visit the area several times a year to check on the properties. I try to check out new attractions to tell my guests about and I will tell EVERYONE about that place! It was hands down the best money I've spent on an attraction in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! I would absolutely do it again!

I'm 37, I hadn't been to this haunted house since I was about 10 years old. I've been begging my kids to go every year when we come for Thanksgiving and they never want to. This year my wife, my mother, my youngest 7 and middle 11 (oldest college daughter did make it in town yet) finally decided to go... More

Thank-you so very much for taking the time to express your thoughts about you and your family's experience with us! Much appreciated! And yes, the guy taking the money was playing a part with his serious demeanor, lol! Every single one of my employees absolutely love and enjoy their jobs and I am extremely proud of all the heartfelt effort... More

I am not a funhouse or haunted house person but this was a fun place to visit, very inexpensive. My friend didn't like it but she hates haunted houses. We went as a group and it wasn't too scary in my opinion.
