Gives you a chance to enjoy the view. Take your camera. You can see the sights and enjoy the fresh air. Hang on to your flipflops (we saw several lost ones on the trail)

I've been on this Sky Lift multiple times and I'm sure I will be on it again in the future. It is very peaceful and beautiful to ride up. Also, it is nice and to sit and enjoy the person you are with.

As long as your not afraid of heights you'll probably enjoy this. Even if you are afraid of heights you'll likely enjoy the view at the top. On the way up you pass over two lanes of traffic and over the river. They take a picture before you get to the top and then sell them at the top. There's... More

BOTTOM LINE: Don't waste your hard-earned money or your valuable time. The view is nice but this attraction should be shut down for safety reasons. What it lacks in excitement it more than makes up for in danger. There are no seat belts, and your feet dangle loosely with nothing to push off on. Are you kidding me? Kids could... More

This provided a 30 minute, round-trip ride with a view and gift shop at the top, but it was quite pricey, considering. If you're on a budget, skip it and hike for the views.

This was simple. Jump on chair lift and it takes you to the top. Where you get out take pics of the view. There is also a gift store with drinks etc. At night you can see the city. Its amazing views.

Of course you can drive the top of the mountains and get the same view or better but its still a nice ride. Kids like it and I did as well

Just a tourist trap waiting to cash in on your money, like many things in this town. If that is your thing then OK, but I would personally save the money and drive to the Chimney Tops trail head instead.

As a kid i passed thru tn on the way to fl many times. I always saw advertisements for the alpine slide. Well this is my second time there and absolutely love it. If you want to go fast be sure to take off a bit after the person in front of u. Best 7 dollars u can spend. That... More
