Fun

This is a fun attraction, but very expensive. $15 a ticket. When you get to the top they take your photo and you have the option of paying for it, which is a fortune.

I went on this scenic "ride" as a teenager during my first trip to Gatlinburg, and still found it well worth the price just for the view of the mountains. It's very peaceful at the top, and we happened to arrive just at sunset. Though there is not much to do up there other than buy souvenirs, the ride up... More

This costs $52 for our family of 2 adults and 2 children to ride to the top of a mountain, look around, and come back down. My kids really enjoyed it, but I wish it were a little cheaper. I had been here about 10 years ago, and they have done a lot to improve the gift shop at the... More

The view from top was really pretty. It seems to be well maintained. There is gift shop, bathrooms and snacks at top. You can stay as long as you like. They have one trip or day passes. Only did one trip and it was daytime. Would have also done night but raining then.

Nothing spectacular here but we always enjoy the round trip ride up the mountain. I'll admit it is a bit pricey though.

The skylift is worth every penny! And I believe after you go once they have a special price if you want to go again. The views are amazing and you even can get off at the top & take pictures before you go back down!

It was just OK. Didn't really understand why I needed to pay money to ride to a gift store. Maybe if the weather was nicer I would've gave a better review....maybe

The lift was very relaxing, and provided wonderful views of the mountains. Very reasonably priced, and definitely a good idea for those who want to see the great views but can't make the trek up the mountain on foot. Very lovely.

The Sky Lift was a wonderful experience and worth every penny! It goes at a nice speed so that you are able to take in all of your surroundings and the view is great. I liked that the lift takes you across a street, a river, and then up the mountain; it was a very nice little journey for a... More

A great trip to the top. We have 2 kids under 10 and they have it a 3 &4 star. As adults we loved it. Spring trip so no skiing. We will come back to ski for sure. We love Gatlinburg.
