My son and I decided to try this. I had ridden it as a kid but couldn't remember it very well. We decided to get the all day pass so we ride it at least twice. This was worth it being that the cost was only I think $4 more. We rode once during the day and once after dark.... More

This was my first time on a lift. The staff at the bottom did their job getting me on the lift, with its yellow paint peeling away and the rust showing through. My husband assured me that the safety bar locked into place -- nope. Shortly thereafter, to my horror, a photo was taken. They got me off the lift... More

I was disappointed in the price, but it was a pretty ride up. The ride down wasn't so pretty because you can see the tops of all the buildings and really see how weird the city looks in the middle of everything. It was a nice way to relax after walking around all day. The $30 for two people really... More

Romantic, scenic, relaxing... but expensive. 15/per person, 12.75/per if you are military and show ID. If cost isn't a factor, this is a wonderful way to enjoy a 10 minute lift to see Gatlinburg and relax! The seats are simple, much like the old porch swings many of our grandparents used to have, with the addition of a metal safety... More

Mu husband and I both spent our 6 month wedding anniversary in Pigeon Forge TN and came to Gatlinburg to get on the Sky Lift and had a great time riding up to the top of the mountain and viewing all the great views of the city and moutains.

This is a fun thing to do for couples. however, it is expensive, for what you get. Around 26-28 bucks for two people is a lot to ride up and down the mountain. It is best to do when the lights are up and running. Great view.

We did this in the afternoon. Took about 45 mins all together including time spent at top in gift shop and at look outs. If you don't like heights it's very safe yet a little scary. It's definitely a have to do at least once. My 7 yr old was nervous but soon enjoyed.

We always seem to do this attraction. It hasn't changed in 25 years. Only change is they've painted the cars and towers. Oh yeah, raised the price! Will we continue - probably!

Same as 20 years ago , good clean fun . The newly painted chairlifts looked nice . On top the view was divine a little pricey but worth it .
