Smoky Mountain Brewery is off the beaten' path in Gatlinburg. It features a fun dining room with live music at night, plenty of great beer, and good food. You may find better food elsewhere, and for lower cost, but add the atmosphere & the specialized beer, and this place Rocks!

I ordered a hamburger and macaroni & cheese and one of their speciality beers. Everything was great, the hamburger patty was big, juicy & cooked perfectly! Our server was very friendly too. I will definitely go back when I'm in Gatlinburg again. Atmosphere was relaxing & prices reasonable too.

This is not just a brewery for the craft beer lovers. This is a great place to eat lunch, dinner, or in between (and the beer is good, too)! If you go on Friday or Saturday night, it can be very loud. They usually have live music on those nights. There are tv's on every wall, so you have the... More

This place if they are on a wait is well worth it, order a burger and a windy gap wheat beer. toss in pretzels and beer cheese and you'll be in heaven. The Ale Steak is to die for, service is good. We usually eat here several times on each trip to gatlinburg an always have a good meal and... More

Other than the beer, which was good. The service was slow, the Ale Steak was ordered medium(came out more well done than pot roast) the mashed potatoes had a wad of what I assume was potato skins bunched up and hard as rock. Will be back just not for the food.

We just turned up on a busy Friday night ready to wait 30 minutes for a table, but managed to get seats at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, excellent food amazing beer in an atmospheric pub/ restaurant! Would highly recommend!

We had only about a 30min wait and being a weekend in December that was fast! The atmosphere downstairs is kind of like a diner but okay. I had a Philly cheesesteak and besides the one I had in Philly it was the best one I've ever eaten 100% no exaggeration. My boyfriend ordered the trex pizza with all the... More

My husband and I enjoyed a beer sampling flight from the smoky mountain brewery. Our waitress wasn't the most welcoming, but our beer flight came quickly. Only two beers were horrible.. The rest were fantastic. The Christmas ale was very tasty, as was the Cherokee ale. I would definitely get a bigger glass of either of these. Their menu looked... More

My wife and I were in the mood for a burger and this place got the best ratings. We drive past the Pigeon Forge location to Gatlinburg because reviews said it was worth the drive.....and they were right. Our server Linsey was exceptional, and her recommendations were spot on. She recommended the pretzels and they were incredible with the beer... More

Love a local brewery, and this did not disappoint. Had the dark bear and the Christmas seasonal and both brews were amazing. The pizza was a 7/10 at best. Overall was a good experience and I would return for a second visit.
