View is amazing feels like you can see forever. Structure feels dated and old (which makes one feel a touch unsafe in the elevator going up) but once you get to the top its worth it. Would go back again; even tho the price is a little high.

I have a fear of heights. I was very nervous to go on the space needle. They told us its about 32 stories high. So not the highest point in Gatlinburg but a pretty view of the city for sure. The elevator ride is smooth and quick. An attendant is in the elevator with you to answer any questions. You... More

A ticket is good for 2 visits, so I recommend you go up during the day to see the Smokies and then another at night to see the lights of the town. Beautiful!

Amazing view! I definitely say it's a must, to get the full effect use both visits, a day viewing and a night viewing. Bring a camera!

Better than some of the attractions you pay for in the area and lot cheaper. If you want to get a good view of the town, worth going up. They have a pizza place below that makes great pizza, however our salad took almost 30 minutes to get. I think they were training a new person and she was learning... More

We decided to take the challenge and walk up instead of using the elevator. Took a bit longer but enjoyed the challenge. Beautiful views once above roof tops. Needs to be renovated, cleaned up, newer games in arcade, and really needs better food. Even though we didn't eat we heard nothing but complaints!

I went on this while waiting for the other family members to shop on the street below. After taking the Skyway chairlift, they weren't do much interested in this anyway. If you are trying to decide which of the 3 main arial views to take in this area, then I would recommend this one for the best views. Binoculars at... More

Overpriced for a stupid ride to see some lights of the town. Just dont. You can see everything from the strip just as much as you can on this ride!

I was very pleased by the cost. It was an amazing view. It was my first trip to gaitlinburg, so it was interesting to see all the town had to offer. I liked the fact that you didnt have a time limit and when you purchased a ticket you got to go up twice.

This place was ok. I felt that the game selection was poor. There are a lot of them but most are these coin pusher games and very few games for little kids. The staff was pretty good. There was a woman in the front desk with blonde hair who was very helpful. There is a very good pizza place in... More
