This place is always amazing to me and my son. He is studying at school some world records and this was something that really helped him understand things more. This is a very family friendly place and the staff was very nice to us. It will take you about an hour the best you can do to see what interests... More

My husband and I just visited Gatlinburg for the day and went into this place to see all the great things never seen before in person.

Just another overpriced tourist attraction. As I said in another review DO NOT go to this museum and Ripleys believe it or not auditorium. I suggest to only pick one because they are almost the same exact place with the same exact exhibits i.e.; worlds tallest man, worlds fattest man, worlds smallest woman, etc. It took us about 25-30 minutes... Great place to learn a lot. Some of the stuff in there is amazing. I would go again to this place since they are always changing.

I liked the interactive activities. It was a bit pricey though. This place definitely needs some renovations and fixing up!

We took our 6 and 10 year old to this thinking it would be fun. It was fair, it had interesting facts, however the kids were bored within minutes. I wouldn't go again and I don't think I would recommend it because I thought everything was going to be authentic, but it wasn't- meaning they had lots of simulated stuff... More

This place is really a waste of money. We visited about 10 years ago and were disappointed, but thought we'd give it another chance this year. We should have went to Ripleys again instead. This place is very dated...it needs a complete overhaul. The best part is the outside stuff...which is what you can see for free. Once inside, it... More

Bottom line is this. This place may be the worst attraction in Gatlinburg. It is so outdated, with dust on most of the exhibits. I only went because I bought a Ripley's package that includes this "museum". There was nothing remotely interesting about this place. If you think I'm just one unsatisfied customer, look at the other reviews. The management... More

KevinMuir, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about our attraction. We are working on a museum-wide record update, which will update a large portion of our records. As far as the woman working the front desk, we will certainly look into. If you have anymore informaiton, please send it to Indelicato@ripleys.com Thank you! More

We went in because it wasn't horribly expensive. I thought a lot of the exhibits were neat. If you spend time reading and looking at everything you could probably spend about 2 hours in it. It was a little outdated and some of the exhibits could have been better.
