We were skeptical at first because we had read a lot of negative reviews however we went today and had a great time! Me and my husband took our 1 and a half year old. He loved it all. You do have to pay $5 to park but where else in gatlinburg can u park for that price? The tram... More

We visited Ober Gatlinburg on a Sunday and had to catch the tram back so we didn't have a chance to visit everything. We did visit the arcade (average) and the wildlife encounter ($7)which has black bears and cubs, birds, turtles, otters. As a kid I always enjoyed the ice skating and they have some kiddie rides, alpine slide and... More

The ride up is nice. Don't come on a wet day, we ended up stuck at the top waiting for the ride back down due to a storm. There are some shops, a few rides, ice skating, and a zoo. Everything costs extra. We enjoyed the zoo, has some lousy food, then had trouble getting out of there because of... More

I like going here year round. In the summer, they have the outdoor exhibit of wildlife, including some black bears and other creatures native to the Great Smokey Mountains. They have indoor ice skating year round. They have some unique shops which are definitely worth looking at. In the winter, they have skiing and snowboarding, along with tubing. This resort... More

Don't go first thing in the morning! We went at about 9:30am. The cool thing.. That's when they feed the animals so we were able to watch the otters eat... And the owls! Other than that a lot of the attractions were closed and shut down because they were too wet. I do think we would have had fun had... More

This was wasted. There was no snow as expected even for this time of the year. You should CALL before you make this trip.

Ober Gatlinburg has something for everyone! I especially loved the tram ride to the top of the mountain. It was a beautiful sunny day and the breeze was cooling. As the owner of the Tudor Inn Gatlinburg-A Bed & Breakfast- we will recommend Ober to our guests. A pleasant, relaxing way to spend the day!

Our obergatlinburg experience was already off to a bad start with the tram ride. We get off the tram, and into the "resort" area, there wasnt hardly anything to do. The arcade was probably the best part of it because that was the only place that i saw my son smile and hear him laugh. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR... More

We took the tram up to the top and went snow tubing and ice skating. The kids and I had a lot of fun and I was glad we did it.
