Downtown Gatlinburg is a crazy loud expensive mess. We were staying in a cabin nearby for a family reunion. So it was difficult to navigate through traffic and pay $10 to park to do and see anything with our large group. We found an easy solution by visiting Ober Gatlinburg. We drove up to the top section of the facility... More

We did the all day pass and spent 5 hours there. My children's ages were 5-10 years and they loved it. We drove up which save us money. $5 parking for all day. Definitely worth the money of the all day pass. It's great in the summer time with the temperatures being cooler up there, than in Gatlinburg or Pigeon... More

Great visit. Beatiful view from the tram coming and going. Amazing view from the very top of mountain. The band at the top of the mountain was great. It's something you should at least do once when you visit Gatlinburg.

Firstly, this is a POSITIVE review, although the experience had rough spots! IF you take the time to stop at the info desk, you will be well prepared with what to expect. The tram car up the mountain was not too crowded. Although it was a hot day and the trams aren't air conditioned, within a minute there was a... More

Had to wait 40min-1hr in line each way in no air conditioning each way to get on a tram with 100+ other people. The view is great if you can get next to a window.

My family was very underwhelmed with this attraction and disappointed that we spent our last day in Tennessee here. It looked as if it had seen its prime a few decades ago. The rides were old and overpriced ($7/ride) unless you purchased an all-day wristband, which wasn't worth it for my family because my son wasn't tall enough for most... More

We really enjoyed riding the tram to Ober Gatlinburg. It's one of our favorite places to visit and the tram is always fun.

Its better to get the bracelets as you can ride the rides as many times as you like. We enjoyed the lift up the top of the mountain and going down in the carts. It was a great time. You should see the bear exhibit.

Ok, this is one of the places that we visited as kids. I love to take the tram and the ski lift to the top. I still love the Alpine Slide. It is a favorite of my family from ages 13-77. The wildlife encounter was good. The skating rink was nice and not crowded at all. We spent the entire... More

I think this attraction has seen better days and it's one of those places where you pay for everything. We paid $11/person (had a $1 off coupon) to ride the tram. It has incredible views (if you get to a window right away) and is a nice ride. Once off the tram there are some dated rides that cost money... More
