This wine is great my wife and her friends love it. As a guy I think it's a great stop after visiting ole smokey distillery. Great area to get a free buzz. This stuff is overpriced swill in a bottle. Might as well mix up a double strength batch of kool-aid and add a little bit of Vodka, you would pretty much get the same result. And what is up with the thimbles they give samples in? Never judge a wine by the first sip, I always take at least 3 sips... More

Only went in because we'd stopped next door at Ole Smoky distillery. Staff was not friendly at all. Made me feel uncomfortable, like I was going to steal something. This place wasn't something that I would keep talking about. The wine was overpriced in my opinion. The redneck reserve was different. The ladies doing the tasting however were very nice. If you are into coolaid wine this is your place. Everything is sweet.

Fun little place with free samples! Which is good because I don't even like wine! With that being said, I absolutely fell in love with the blackberry wine so much that I bought two bottles!!! The was a pleasant discovery and I will definitely visit them again!

Nice that they have winery right next to moonshine, for those who dont care for moonshine. We always come here when in the area. My favorite wine is the Blackberry. Yum!

I consider this pretty much another stop on the free drinks train. Before or after you drink some free moonshine next door you should stop and get some free wine from Bootleggers. They let you try small samples of all the wine they have which I think was like 7 or so. The wine was pretty average but not bad.... More

This is absolutely the best wine I have ever tasted/bought. I don't even like wine, and I bought 2 bottles. They DO NOT use or put any sugars into their wine. So, once you open the bottle, you have a week or so to drink it. Unopened, you can only keep the wine for about 6 months. This place also... More

The Bootleggers Wine is located in the Ole Smoky Moonshine Holler. After first trying the moonshine samples next door, we found the Bootleggers Wine staff as not as friendly or informative.
