Hiking on a horse

They run a real nice operation. You can tell the horses are well trained and taken care of. We saw a deer during our trip. I will come back.

This was a great trail ride. We did the 2 hour ride. This was no slow poke ride either. Nice pace, went way up in the Smokey Mountain National Park. Had some amazing views. Would definitely recommend. This was our second horseback ride of our trip and this one was waaaay better than the first!! Loved every minute of this... More

We decided to try out these stables bc they were located in the national park. I've been riding horses for years but had never ridden in the mountains before. Was a great experience for someone who has experience riding but never been in the mountains. We would love to go back for a longer ride. Our guild was very nice.... More

If you have never ridden a horse, you may want to try a different stable. This trail ride is very hilly. Of course the horses do all the work, but you need to be comfortable going up and down some pretty steep hills. That said, the guide was great and reassuring as we made our way around. The horses were... More

Wonderful stable right in Park and barn is clean and nice. Horses are healthy and well taken care of, which really should matter. Trail is beautiful and up hills and through woods. Even crossed small streams along the way. Definitely recommend

I give the stable a 3 based on the guide. We have always gone to a stable in Pigeon Forge, but decided to give this stable a try because it was actually located in the park. We paid $200.00 for 3 of us to go on a 2 hr ride. The view was beautiful the staff that saddled our horses... More

My husband and I had a great experience here. Upon arrival they had a small fire going and let us take pictures with the horses. The staff were very kind and answered all our questions. The horses were standing in an outdoor area with their ropes tied to a wooden fence for the safety of the horses and guests. The... More

Overall a very good time for our family of 4. End of July, so long wait time and couldn't do the 90 minutes we intended, but it was peak season. Good staff, beautiful path through the gorgeous mountains. My 12 yr olds first time on a horse and no issues. Would recommend.

This stable is located in Smokey Mountain National Park. The staff is friendly and helpful. This was the first time I have ridden a horse in 60 years and had an amazing experience. Riding along the trail through the mountains was beyond awesome! They offer one hour and hour and a half rides. Pictures taken by staff can be purchased... More
