Had a great time at the arcade after our trip to the top of the space needle. The games were fun but some were a little pricey as were the prizes. But had an all around good time while there. The service was very good and the enployees were all very friendly. Plan on going back while visiting on our... More

Ive been an avid arcade junkie for my whole life and nothing makes me happier than an arcade that has a great mix of the old and the new plus its a coin operated arcade which are dying out to the new card based icades now i generally stick to the action games because usually ticket games are grossly unforgiving... I came here to find some enjoyment and played games, the machines are rigged I dumped over 300.00 in the same machine and never got what I wanted. I did however get quite a bundle of tickets. But, the ticket prices for adult items are WAY too much and things they have appeared to be things they purchased on Black... More

I have been coming to Gatlinburg for the past 12 or 13 years now with a group from my church and this is the highlight of my trip every year! I am 24 now and still LOVE playing the same old games and winning the same old tickets to get the same old cheesy prizes. (That's part of the nostalgia... More

This is an unusual building. It houses an arcade, but tucked inside it is also the place you to to take the elevator to the top of the space needle. In the back of the arcade is the small, but cozy, Iris Theatre, which is home to the Bill Gladwell show and another show as well. It is a normal... More

This is a very nice arcade. Large with plenty of games. My kids favorite place to go in Gatlinburg. We highly recommend the PAC-MAN air hockey game...lots of fun.

I bring my niece and nephew to Gatlinburg all the time when they are out of school and this is the best arcade to go to! It has the best redemption center and the best choice of games. The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful. I will continue to keep coming back. Keep up the good work!

Beverly the Supervisor was wonderful, a bit over whelmed but did her best to somewhat keep things under control. The guy behind the prize counter was a total As!&ole! We've been to several arcades and I'd have to say by far this is the worst one we have ever been to. Not because of the games but because of the... More

My husband and 17 year old daughter loved playing the games. I played a few myself. It is very huge and has tons of different games, but they are token games and you win tickets to turn in for a prize. I know sounds childish, but I saw more adults and teens playing than I did small children.
