Loved the new upgrades this place had made since my Wife and I last visited in 2011. But it is your typical arcade some games are fun and worth it but some are overpriced and time wasters but I recommend to check out over the other lower grade arcades in the area.

We ended up visiting here while waiting for the Space Needle to complete their maintenance. What a rip-off this place was. First of all there are no tokens. You have to load money on a card. We loaded $10 on a card because we weren't planning on staying here and playing much. For $10 we played literally 5 games. We... More

My family and I visited Arcadia just a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it!! There was however a small issue with my game card. I had originally given the one of the young ladies at the front desk $10 to put on my card but when I checked my card it said I only had 20 tokens on... More

I and my family have been visitors to this area and this establishment for many years. It has been fun and rewarding most of the time but this year was by far the best! The Arcadia is full of exciting new games and great prizes that are actually winnable (unlike many of their competitors). The staff there is also really... More

This arcade has been among our favorite Gatlinburg locations for years now. We were here earlier this year and it was a blast. But our most recent trip was met with change! Gone are the days of getting tokens for cash, and receiving tickets for playing games. Now, you get a card for your cash and the machines have a... More

This place used to be so much fun with the best prizes, now it's awful. We came back to play at this arcade thinking it would be the same as it was 6 months ago, but it definitely wasn't. They've moved everything around, the prizes suck, and you don't get the same amount of tickets for the games as you... More

We won't be going back to this place. It was very clean, nice, and well air conditioned (we went in to cool off for awhile) and the games looked fun. We personally aren't fans of the new swipe a preloaded card arcades but that is just how it is nowadays. We won an animal; from the claw machine, for our... More

First let that the establishment is very nice, the games are super cool and modern. The first time we went they let our son choose a prize that was several tickets ahead of what he had. We went again later and had even more fun and ate pizza- it was delicious and very affordable! The staff was super friendly and... More

I've never really been big on going to arcades but I LOVED this one. There was a large variety of games that I'd not seen at other establishments. I have to admit they were a bit addicting (especially the Wizard of Oz one). We ended up with over 100k points in just a few hours and won a Cricut Cake... More
