Great selection of outdoor apparel, shoes, and gear in a cool setting. Staff was knowledgable about the product and the area. Great stop for the adventuring person

It was a blast! Our guide was Kate and she was awesome! I recommend NOC for all your rafting needs... I cant wait to go back!

It was so nice to find a shop full of quality hiking/camping/fishing, etc., items. A great variety, too. My kids enjoyed the rope suspension "bridge".

Got a really great deal on a pair of hiking shoes. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was happy that I stopped in.

We went white water rafting and it was scary at first but once you start it is fun. It's great for young kids. When you watch the video don't be scared it is just them having to cover their bases. But go!

my teenage daughter wanted to try the whitewater rafting, I was afraid but did not want to disappoint my daughter, It was great, they give a great safety talk and provide all the necessary equipment. Wonderful trip with NOC on first whitewater rafting trip at their campus on Natahala. Superior setting, excellent setup, and professional service. Perry was an excellent guide. Our family rafted on the lower Pigeon since our daughter is too little for the upper. Everyone had a blast rafting and swimming in the water. It's mostly calm water with some class 2 Rapids thrown in along the way. They have a place to change and shower for before and after which came in handy. All of the guides... More
