The trams get crowded, but the views are awesome! The ride was pretty smooth. The tour guide provided information during the trip, but it was so crowded and loud I couldn't understand most of what was being said.

Veteran's were 50% off so it was a great deal for a round trip to the ski resort. The gondola ride was smooth, not too full of passenger's. It was kind of foggy due to the weather but the sight of the mountains was awesome with still some foliage left.

The whole family will enjoy this tram ride to the top. Once there you can ice skate, visit the shops, eat, or catch another ski lift to the top of the mountain where there is live bluegrass entertainment all day long.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tram ride up the mountain and our tram guide was informative and friendly. Once on the mountain we also took the chair lift up further into the mountain. It was a fun time.

Some context - we visited on a cold, windy day with heavy crowds, so our experience was muted by that to a large degree, as most of the outdoor activities were too uncomfortable as a result. We waited at least 45 minutes to an hour to get on the tram going up and somewhere between an hour and a half... More

Decided to hop on this tram last minute as I knew I wanted to try some sort of lift while in town yet I am too afraid of heights to do just a regular bench lift. Although cold, I felt very safe on this ride. our operator, Star, was very friendly and funny!! She made me feel at ease with... More

Super views of the area. Music group at the top was great! Even played when the temperature was 18 outside! Great family fun.

We ride the Tram every year we go to Gatlinburg. It was $12.00 round trip and you can come back unlimited times the next day too! They stamp your hand with a clear ink that can only be seen under a black light and you can keep your receipt to prove you paid the day before if you are worried... More

This is a very nice tram ride with great views. The good thing was they said I could ride it as much as I wanted that day. The bad thing is you can actually drive to where it brings you. You won't get the views, but if you are a family and want to save some money you can drive... More

We came here in mid October 2014 as suggested we ride the Aerial Tramway to Ober to check out the place and see foliage along the way. At this time the trees hasn't turn their bright orange-yellow color yet but manage to see different part of Gatlinburg as we elevate on our tramway ride. The aerial tramway cost $12 per... More
