Best thing ever. No need to drive anywhere. Just hop on the Trolley and for .50 or 75 cents you can go anywhere.

I parked for free at City Hall and rode the trolley. Parking in Gatlinburg will cost from $5 to $10 a day.

The trolley goes up and down the main street of Gatlinburg and drops you off right beside the Aquarium among other places. You can get on and off at multiple stops. A nice option for many with kids or mobility issues, or if you've got a little too far to go, or are just plain tired. Good idea Gatlinburg Town... More

The trolley was great! Took you anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge that you want to go. Cost? Free - $.75. The majority of the drivers were very nice, helpful and personable. We used it several times most days we were there.

We used the trolley several times , easy to use getting on, however we did not know how to transfer to the other trolleys, so we just stuck with the one. Next visit we will get better instructions.

I liked that most round trips to the Gatlinburg area were $1 and for Dollywood $2. It's an inexpensive way to go so as to avoid driving in the congested areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. They were clean and the drivers were friendly and informative.

I was looking forward to using the trolley to navigate Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It would be nice if it was clearer how the two lines connect. By the end of the trip, I figured it out, but it was definitely not intuitive. I have navigated public transportation in many foreign countries, but never had the difficulty I had in... More

The trolley was so easy to figure out and economical to ride. The maps are everywhere and it stops near almost any place you would want to go. It is only .50 per ride and you can also obtain all day passes for only $2. This is much better than fighting the traffic and paying the parking fees downtown. The... More

The trolley rides in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN are the way to travel. They are comfortable, the drivers are pleasant, and you can get where you want to go with very little hassel. The only downside is sometimes the wait is a little long, but, all in all, they are great. We use them everytime we go.
