We used the trolley service while staying in Gatlinburg. It was easy to use and at .50 cents per person you can't beat it. You can also buy an all day pass for two dollars. The trolley drivers were friendly and courteous. All trolleys drop off at the aquarium but you can pick up another trolley to go further downtown.... More

Great way to get around especially for the driver who is always focused on the road and not able to take in all the sights ! Although it was over crowded this trip ( Fall) . We paid to park above the Aquarium and then took the trolley to Bubba Gumps !

The trolley is a necessity to be able to see Gatlinburg, as there is very limited parking in the town, and lots of traffic. We stayed in Pigeon Forge which is a short distance to the Visitor Center of Gatlinburg, where you can park free and catch the Trolley that runs to Gatlinburg on a frequent schedule. This is a... The trolley is a good way to get around the area. There are several trolley stops along the main strip where you can see which line to take to get where you are going. Most of the lines stop at the aquarium and there is a board there that tells you how long it is until the next trolley comes... More

We used the trolly to get around Gatlinburg the whole three days we were there. It was cheap and efficient.

Using the trolly allowed me to explore the strip without walking the whole thing. There are multiple stops and attractions are usually just a short distance away from the trolly stops.

We used the Gatlinburg Trolley when we stayed at Park Vista Resort. It was nice, just wish there had been more seats as we had to stand the 1st time to Gatlinburg, which was very interesting w/ a toddler! On the return trip, we were almost to the trolley stop & were running/yelling for it to stop & the driver... More

Waiting time in between trolley's was to long. Nice to not have to worry about finding a parking place and enjoying the scenery and views.

We traveled to Gatlinburg, TN during Sept 2014 and utilized the Trolley from our resort to the Aquarium pickup. The shops and restaurants that we desired to go to were an easy walk from the Trolley stop. A very convenient way to travel into the tourist arean.

We stayed at the Park Vista Hotel overlooking the town. This is a fair hike and quite vertical. Given the limited free parking downtown, the trolley came to our rescue! For 50 cents, you are transported through the town with a number of stops available, many near the restaurants and shops. Runs frequently too; about every 15-20 minutes. Hop aboard;... More
