Great way to get around and avoid traffic and parking issues. We took the trolley from our hotel to the aquarium. You can't beat it for 50 cents a person!

We rarely ride the trolley since we stay closer to downtown now, but we used to ride it all the time when we used to stay farther from the Parkway. It was a nice & affordable way to get back to the hotel after a tiring night of walking all around downtown. Well our toddlers saw the trolley riding around... More

We had planned on using the trolley but it seemed as though they were dysfunctional on the weekends. There were no brochures to explain the system or how frequently they stopped at each location. We waited but after 30 minutes it seemed smarter to just walk.

We waited more than 30 minutes at the trolley stop at the Alamo Restaurant. It was misting rain so we decided we should start walking because we weren't sure when they trolley would come. We passed the next stop and walked on as no trolley was in sight. All of a sudden we see two, one trolley and one of... More

We used the trolley extensively on our recent visit to Gatlinburg. Our girls enjoyed the ride and we enjoyed the convenience. I would caution during high traffic times it will be faster to walk.

Parking is expensive in Gatlinburg and it is difficult to maneuver around town when driving. A day pass for unlimited use can be purchased for $2 and it is well worth the money! If you are going to be spending a day or two in Gatlinburg, I recommend getting a day pass! If it is only a day trip, you... More

On our recent visit to Gatlinburg, we bought four day passes for the Trolley. Not only did it make our visit easier, it was a lot of fun. ALL the drivers we encountered were fun, helpful, and informative. We needed the wheelchair lift, and every driver was accommodating and terrific. We enjoyed chatting with other passengers both on the Trolley... More
