We used the trolley all three days we were there to get from one end of Gatlinburg to the other. Walked until we were ready to drop and then hopped on the trolley to take us back to our hotel. Loved it. Friendly staff and very helpful.

We took the family on a trolley to the Welcome center in Gatlinburg so we could get a connecting trolley to Pigeon Forge. The trolley schedule is very accurate for times, easy locations to pick up and drop off, cost is very cheap. The first driver was not very friendly and actually quite rude. It was high 90's with lots... More

Great way to go from here to there in Gattlinburg and Pigeon Forge, leave your vehicle parked and take the trolley. Fifty cents a person or I believe You can get all day passes. The trolley stops at nearly every block for easy access to all the fun things to do, places to see, food to eat, you get the... More

Trolly's were very much longer than 20 minutes apart. We waited for up to 40 minutes, causing frustration in the rain and heat. Scorching weather with no shade to wait in. Rainy weather with no overhang to wait in. Very frustrating, opted to pay for parking which was not cheap but a huge time and frustration saver.

My friend and I used the trolley in Pigeon Forge to connect to Gatlinburg. It was great because we did not have to sit in traffic. You can also have something to drink and not worry about driving. We had no problems connecting from one to the other, The drivers are very nice and will let you know where to... More

While the trolleys are running all over the towns and the national park. Don't depend on adherence to the posted schedules. Trolleys rarely arrive as scheduled. Fun activity to just take the kids for a trolley ride but would not want to depend on it for my main transportation needs while in the area.

The trolley is the easy way to "walk" up and down the hills. Reasonable pricing and available early and late. The trolley itself is nice and clean.

Whenever we were walking the parkway and wanted a trolley there never was one. When we didn't need one it went by. This happened night after night. We were also unclear on where the trolley stops were. Unless you take the trolley a long ways you will almost always save time walking to your destination. Whenever you wait for a... More

This is the cheapest way to travel when visiting the smoky mountains. We go to the Gatlinburg welcome center and purchase a $2 ticket, park free, and ride all day.

Good, low cost, air-conditioned way to get around town on a hot day. Recommend using the trolley locator so you'll know about how far away the nearest one is. There are also free open-aired trollies using a similar route.
