This turned out to be a wonderful experience. We could see it from our hotel room and wanted to go up. One recommendation is don't wear flip flops. They call the mountain the flip flop cemetery. Nice gift shop at top and a great view of the city. A great value for the money.

It would be nice if you knew what time to expect the trolley at each stop or an interactive way to find out online. It sucks having to sit & wait for 30 min - hour. Sometimes it's quicker to walk.

At first, we were walking everywhere! Then we started using the trolly. The sooner you figure out the routes the better. I think that is why we didn't use it at first, it was confusing! We also had free service up the main drag. I don't know if they do that every summer but they did for this summer for... More

We bought the all day pass at about 7 pm and were only able to catch 1 trolley and exchange the waits were so long. We waited over 40 minutes downtown (and that wasn't after missing one) and another 30 minutes to catch the one to go farther. They need to run twice as often to make them worthwhile. If... More

Best thing ever. No need to drive anywhere. Just hop on the Trolley and for .50 or 75 cents you can go anywhere.

I parked for free at City Hall and rode the trolley. Parking in Gatlinburg will cost from $5 to $10 a day.

The trolley goes up and down the main street of Gatlinburg and drops you off right beside the Aquarium among other places. You can get on and off at multiple stops. A nice option for many with kids or mobility issues, or if you've got a little too far to go, or are just plain tired. Good idea Gatlinburg Town... More

The trolley was great! Took you anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge that you want to go. Cost? Free - $.75. The majority of the drivers were very nice, helpful and personable. We used it several times most days we were there.
