We love the trolley and it was free the whole time we were in Gatlinburg. We rode around sight seeing and also rode to get up and down the main street. Having our parents with us the trolley really helped with cutting down their walking.

At .50 cents per person it is the way to go. Gatlinburg is a zoo and quite expensive to park in. The traffic rivals New York at rush hour. It has multiple routes and goes almost everywhere you would need to go.

It was a cheap/hassle-free way to move around the city. There is alot of traffic in Gatlinburg and its nice not to have to drive! It cost 0.50 cents per person/per trip so me and my husband parked at the Welcome Center and rode to The Aquarium so it was 1.00 there and 1.00 back.

Drivers are very friendly and nice. Word of advise know what route you want to take and look for the dots on the no parking signs if you can't find and station.

We bought the daily pass and used them as our DD after visiting the brewery. Thankfully, they go a little out of town and can pick you up and drop you off at various resorts. Definitely worth the money, especially if you have kids or can't get around well enough on your own. Try to plan out your trip to... More

We saw a sign for free trolley rides and thought it would be better than fighting the traffic. It was only free in town, but it was still a good value. We were able to park our car for free outside of town and ride into town for a dollar. Whenever you parked in town, it cost $5. It was... More

Trolley was nice and clean. The only issue was the schedule. The trolley doesn't run on a schedule. You get it when you can.

Crowded, probably because it was free, but enjoyable. Our kids just wanted to see what it was like to ride a trolley. When traffic thick though, it's not worth it. You can walk faster than this thing can go. Might be worth taking if you're going from one end to the other.

$2 Daily Pass, or 50 cents per ride. GPS on all the Trolley's now, just pull the web site up and it will show you where the trolley is and how long you will have to wait.

The trolley is very affordable at .50 a person. They are clean and all if the drivers were very nice and helpful. The only request would be that they run more often- our blue trolley only ran once a hour
