As soon as you walk through the door, you can smell the pepper in the air. You can sample most everything, which makes you comfortable in buying some of their wares, because you know that you like it. They have challenges you can do, and of course they have drinks that you can buy. It's awesome, you'll have to keep... More

They have a good selection of high quality merchandise. You can even taste test before buying. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Really cool store. It's not for the weak. 100's of hot sauces (most you can sample). A cool section of salts and spices. Also dips and BBQ sauces. It's tough not to buy 20 things.

The only reason I didn't give this more stars--there were cups out for sampling, but there were hardly any samples out. The cups were empty. I bought something but guessed at it. I probably could have asked, but I didn't want to be a pest. It's small and kinda cramped. That said....VERY wide variety of wing sauces, salsas, pickled things....and... More

If you are a hot pepper sauce fan this is a fun shop to stop by. Our 10 year old soon is a big hot sauce fan. They had many samples to try out and we bought a couple bottles of the kinds we liked. Also, our Son yelled "Pepper Palace is Awesome!" and they gave him a free bottle... More

Great selection of hot sauces, salsa, and BBQ sauce! I can't even believe all the flavors that they had, everything from mild to complete total torture! haha.....The best part about this place is that you can try all the salsa/sauces before you buy them! It is a must for anyone that likes BBQ to stop here! We really like the... More

I love this place!!! I always try the death by salsa and my wife thinks I'm an idiot but it's pretty good once you get the feeling back in your face. Their sauces, dips and marinades are simply the best. We always buy the apple cinnamon bbq and it never lasts a week when we get home. My mother in... More

My wife and I make it a point every time we are in Gatlinburg to stop by the Pepper Palace. We really enjoy trying all of the new slasa, cheese spreads and a variety of other goodies. The customer service here is always great and they treat you like family. If you like different kinds of hot sauces, etc. try... More

This is a great hot sauce store tucked into the Mountain Mall. The selection is huge. Their house brand products that I tasted were great. The person working was very friendly and helpful. They also have a ton of samples to try.
