After reading some less than pleasant reviews about the staff, we were very reluctant to book with this company. All other companies did not have times that fit into our schedules, though, so we went ahead and took a chance on Gatlinburg Ziplines. I am very glad that we did! I can see where some people would think that the... More

I was kind of apprehensive but after the first couple of zips, I was at ease with it. The guides were funny and very good. Definitely recommend it.

My mom, dad, grandmother and I went ziplining for the first time ever, and we had a blast!! Our guides were Joshua and Coy, and they were great! They made it an amazing experience for us all, and they have fun with everyone! Very highly recommended!!

Our 2 zipline guides/instructors were top notch. Well balanced between humorously entertaining us and keeping us safe. It was such a unique experience and a great way to experience the Great Smokey Mountains. Fun, Fun, Fun! Can't wait to do it again.

Was a perfect trip for my 9 year old. He had a blast. The only issue was the webcam on his helmet didn't work so the video we paid for came off his friends camera. The guides were great, friendly, and helpful.

Our experience at Gatlinburg Ziplines was a good time for the most part! The staff members were super nice, the location was easy to find, and there were many ziplines. Most of the lines were short and our large group of 7 got paired with another large group of 6. While ziplining was awesome, standing squeezed together on a tiny... More

Having never done zipline before I was a little nervous. Our guides, Dave and Phil did a great job. There are nine ziplines of fun. Not too far from the main street. Park in the Catholic Church parking lot a little further past the office, five dollars and you can come and go all day.

This was the first zip-lining experience for three of the four people in our family. It was a wonderful "first time" for us. The guides were knowledgeable and fun!! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this to the inexperienced zip-liner.

Very short course even with 9 ziplines. was convienant in gatlinburg. I have only ziplined in Mexico and belize so comapred to these places this was kinda boring but perfect for younger children or people scared of heights.

I took 3 boys on this zipline course, my 12 year old and my friends 13 and 5 year old and I can say that this was the highlight of our trip to Gatlinburg! The 5 year old thought he was king of the world by the time he got done and both of the older boys loved every minute... More
