Dylan and Spurlock showed our whole group how it's done! We laughed(about arachnophobia), we flipped, we flew around the woods and enjoyed it all. This was our first time but I think they awoke something inside. I will def be back and next time I won't be so green. I recommend going anytime you're there and always ask for D&S.

So unimpressed on so many levels. First, my husband and I had ziplined years ago with ImageNative in the Riviera Maya; they did it right and you felt safe while having a fantastic time. This experience in Gatlinburg was not a good one. First, the van ran out of gas, and our family had to walk up the hill. Next,... More

We are sorry you had a bad experience at America's most popular zipline. We have zipped over 200,000 happy customers and wanted to let you know, out of a dozen ziplines in this county, we are one of the few left that actually zip in the trees, and we got our state permit and inspection renewed in Feb for the... This was our first time to try zip-lining, so at age 65, we were a little apprehensive. However the guides were very informative and helpful which made the experience non-stressful. The course is just a short bus ride from the office in downtown Gatlinburg which was convenient. The course is in the woods, not especially high from the ground, and... More

The staff were all dry friendly and experienced. The zip lines were fun and the crew doing the run were excellent. We chose to do the ropes course as well. This was also really fun, we were the only ones on the ropes course because few people choose that package and we got to go through at out own pace.... More

This was the first time for myself and my 6 yr old son to zipline. My son was excited but very nervous. Our guides, Dylan and Spurlock, were wonderful at making him comfortable which also made me more comfortable. We had a great time and I highly recommend this group. I hope to be back again.

Loved our 1st Ziplining experience! Jonathan and Coy were fantastic at making us feel at ease. We had 3 generations including our 77 year old Dad (grandfather). What an exciting time for all! Can't wait to come back next year:). Thanks for helping to make our stay in the Smokey Mountains a great one!

Hesitant at first but ended up loving it. Guides were awesome, well trained and fun. They also took pictures that we could purchase at the end on a CD. This was nice since you can't bring your camera with you.

So ziplining was on my bucket list - but my fear of heights has always had me chicken out. Took my 12 year old daughter and 16 year old son to Gatlinburg on Spring Break - and the one thing my daughter wanted to do was zip line. She was also scared but wanted to do it - so I... More
