We took the trolley on Thursday to see the lay out, shopped a little then took trolley back to hotel. Then Friday we took the car and went through a lot of shops and of course bought stuff! Some were still closed through the week so we went back on Saturday on our way out of town. Local artist selling... More

We did this loop later in the day and I am not sure if it was because the weather was not the best or what, but we did not see really anything of interest that made us want to stop. The cement place had some really cool statues and stuff and was very reasonably priced but outside of that, hardly... More

The arts & Crafts area is still alive with craftsmen and interesting shops to visit. We were able to take the Yellow Line trolley through the area. It cost only a dollar to get on and off as many times as you like throughout the day. The trolley stopped at 8 different locations and returned every hour. There were a... More

Nice peaceful area to walk, talk and enjoy all the arts and crafts. Very nice. A lot of unique and and one of a kind items. Very expensive.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Bought several pottery pieces, a couple of paintings and some jewelry. Our daughters enjoyed the Soda Jerk shop. The only somewhat negative comment is that you only need to stop at a couple of the strip malls... too many gets repetitive.

The "loop" used to have numerous crafters with the majority of the shops full, unfortunately it now looks as though it's less than 60% occupied. Maybe the rental rates for shop space need to be adjusted to keep more of the locals here. We've came across quite a few "gems" during our numerous visits here.

Stop in at M&D Hills Photography and see their beautiful pictures for sale and also hand blown glass art. Very interesting area with all kinds of crafts.

We spend days in this area when we are. The shop owners are local friendly people. So many places to shop and eat. Make sure to stop at Beech Branch Crafts. Beautiful items and extremely friendly. All shops are great and worth checking out

Enjoyed the craft loop. Some great pottery and jewelry. Just a lot of the same stores. After a few strip malls you can skip the rest.
