We were staying at the Westgate with owners so our entrance was free. Towels were provided. We were there the weekend after Labor Day so it was a slower week and the water park was not very crowded at all. There were only a couple of people in the lazy river at once. We have a one year old and... More

We went here with our toddlers during our visit to the Smokies. Children under 3 are FREE. Adults were $18.95 plus tax. You can purchase discounted tickets from the Westgate Discount Counters around town for $21.18 including tax. Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers. IF you forgot yours OR need a new one, then you can... More

My husband and I went there twice in 1 week. He loved the water slides and spent hours on them. There is water fun for all ages although the snack bar was a little pricey.

Since DollyWood Splash Park was closed, we went here. Price was reasonable $18. Had slides, lazy river, bucket spilling, pools and kiddie area. Food court was nice and affordable. Only complaint was that area was so HOT you could hardly breathe, unless you sat next to open doors. Those with little babies in strollers, you could not watch your family... More

We stayed in Gatlinburg 2 weeks ago and planned to go to splash country water park, but the weather didn't cooperate, so we looked into alternatives & this indoor water park seemed perfect. Turns out it was perfect! And we saved some cash too! I read a bunch of reviews on here and other places and don't understand how someone... More

This was a fun thing for us to do. We were able to go to the watermark on a very rainy day. It was perfect a little something of everything for the kids and adults. The whole family enjoyed it. Friendly, clean, and inexpensive. Conveniently located!

Park was nice but could have been cleaner. We came upon several band-aids floating in the water and the outdoor hot tub had too many leaves and dirt in it for us too enjoy. The park is located at the Westgate Resort but is not included with your stay! They don't even offer a discount for guest. Park also closes... More

We love this water park and the fact that it's indoors and we don't get sunburned. We own here at this resort and reserve our afternoons for a relaxing float while kids can play. There are only two big slides, but are lots of fun. Can't take your own food and drinks but they have a nice snackbar. The large... More

Children of ALL ages will love this place. They have an infants area, a children's water play ground and water slides. The food available is good but a little pricey. Overall a GREAT place!

Lots of water features enjoyed by all. The little ones enjoyed splashing among all the water features and the long water slides provided great fun for the adults. This is a large facility and doesn't feel crowded even in the summer when there are so many tourists. As owners at Westgate we didn't have to pay an entry fee which... More
