After reviewing multiple reviews and viewing the Wild Bear Waterpark (via mobile), we were VERY let down with the amount of things to do for older boys (ages 15 & 13-boys). This is a nice place for LITTLE KIDS, but NOT for anyone over the age of 11. If you have teens, do yourself a favor and move on to... More

The kids absolutely loved the indoor watermark. I would suggest that they open a few windows because it gets extremely hot inside especially if your not swimming. The snack bar is high so bring your own snacks.

We had a great time but did get cold in the summer. They had the windows open and it was windy so with being wet and the wind, we got cold. But it was a good place for my two grandchildren and us adults to go and spend some down time in the middle of a busy vacation. We stayed... More

Just so-so. The water was so cold in the lazy river that nobody could stay in it. If you're used to GWL or Massanutten, you'll definitely be disappointed. Had 2 water slides the kids enjoyed but they were bored after 2 hours. Go if it's free or terrible weather, but skip it otherwise.

Took the kids to the waterpark over Christmas break. We were from out of state, but felt right at home. Very clean, plenty of towels. The outdoor hot tub was my favorite

This is an indoor water park which is owned by Westgate. Kids will have a blast using the lazy river or playing under the HUGE "bucket" that dumps water on top of you. There is a small restaurant on the upper level that offers hot dogs, pizza and similar foods. Great place for parents to relax and watch their children... More

We were staying at the Westgate with owners so our entrance was free. Towels were provided. We were there the weekend after Labor Day so it was a slower week and the water park was not very crowded at all. There were only a couple of people in the lazy river at once. We have a one year old and... More

We went here with our toddlers during our visit to the Smokies. Children under 3 are FREE. Adults were $18.95 plus tax. You can purchase discounted tickets from the Westgate Discount Counters around town for $21.18 including tax. Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers. IF you forgot yours OR need a new one, then you can... More
