Great for younger kids!

Have been to Wilderness and this is more ideal for small children. Smaller but laid out well. We enjoyed the relaxing river and even played some water basketball. Has 2 slides at the end, one that is tubed and the other you use tubes. Enjoyed our day and had lunch upstairs as well.

This would have easily been a five-star review based on the amenities and price of this resort. The location is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (closer to Gatlinburg though) and the cabins are nice for the price point. The waterpark is a bit small and you have to buy tickets separately, but it is a nice addition especially during the... More

Every summer, my family visits the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. The Wild Bear Falls Indoor Waterpark is on site. We always get a week pass. My 5-year old has loved this place for the last 3 years. It has 2 water slides for older children & adults, a play place with small water slides for young children, an indoor pool,... More

Smallish size water park nothing like the other indoor one in Seiverville, but it is only 20 bucks for the day vice hundreds of dollars for the room/park so in the winter a good day with kids but just barely worth the price

We took our two year old there on Feb. 13th .... we did nothing but shiver the whole time. Water was WAY too cold, air temp inside was WAY too cold. A family who had been at the overpriced Wyndham resort said that today was the warmest it had been all week ... a lifeguard later confirmed the same thing!... More

We had planned a surprise trip for our 6 year old grandson. We could not get reservations at the larger indoor water park in gatlinburg. We found wild bear falls on trip advisor so we decided to take our grandchildren there as a alternative choice. It is much smaller than we anticipated and extremely crowed. We were never able to... After reviewing multiple reviews and viewing the Wild Bear Waterpark (via mobile), we were VERY let down with the amount of things to do for older boys (ages 15 & 13-boys). This is a nice place for LITTLE KIDS, but NOT for anyone over the age of 11. If you have teens, do yourself a favor and move on to... More

The kids absolutely loved the indoor watermark. I would suggest that they open a few windows because it gets extremely hot inside especially if your not swimming. The snack bar is high so bring your own snacks.
