Loved Although I Wouldn't Recommend for Older Kids

We loved this waterpark. We have younger children and it was the perfect size for them. My 9 year old loved the two big slides they have and the lazy river. The water depth is... read more

Pricy entrance cost and very limited seating. we arrived at the opening time of 11am and all of the nice lounge chairs were already taken by visitors staying at the onsite condos. We were left with hard wooden benches and chairs on the 2nd level. water features were limited to mostly small kids with only 2 waterslides that had continuous... More

We loved this waterpark. We have younger children and it was the perfect size for them. My 9 year old loved the two big slides they have and the lazy river. The water depth is perfect. They also have an area for tots which I loved although some bigger kids kept sliding down their slides. A plus was being able... More

We had the best day of our vacation here!! We had 7 kids ages 4-12 and they all loved it!! I love that they provide towels so there's always a dry towel when needed. The snack stand prices are reasonable. Overall, clean and nice. The only complaint was that the kids area (with the bucket) had very cold water. We'll... More

Our family of 5 went and we're so pleased. Price was reasonable with our military discount. Facility was clean and staff was helpfull. We used the locker rental and ate lunch upstairs. Lots for kids of all ages and the parents enjoyed the lazy river for hours. Great find hidden away in the moutains.

Don't come here for just the "water park". It has two ok slides. Kids over 8 will be very disappointed. It has a lazy river and two small children areas. Staff were decent and conscientious. Brought our own food in without hassle from staff.

This is my family's second experience with Westgate properties and I have to give them points for consistency. What I mean it that they consistently seem to invest more in the perception of a quality experience than the experience its self. The park, along with its snack bar are over priced for what you get. I found it to be... More

As a mom with 2 younger kids I enjoyed this place. It is small but I was okay with that. We were still there for about 3 or 4 hours and would've stayed longer if we didn't have plans else where.

If you're traveling with your children and just want to relax for a few hours or a whole day, Wild Bear Falls has plenty of seating and an escape for adults, while the kids have a blast! Even better, if you stay at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort, the water park is right in property. Excellent place!

Nice place to go, highly recommend it for younger children. If you are a owner of the WestGate timeshare the tickets are included if not you pay approximately one day 20.00. Is worth it specially f the weather is cold outside the kids can be inside enjoying the numerous pools, lazy rivers and slides. Restaurant in site with bar not... More
