It was a really fun place and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the big slides and the lazy river. There were lots more things for little ones to enjoy.

We went when there was a snow storm and it was 25 degrees outside. Inside was not warm at all, probably in the mid 60's which is freezing when you are wet. All the lifeguards had sweat shirts on and towels covering themselves. When on the slide tower there are vents that were blowing out more cold air than hot.... More

It was quite fun to go swimming while there was snow on the ground outside. Some of the areas had very cold water but others were tolerable and the hot tubs were my favorite spot. The place was well kept and staff friendly. The two slides are pretty fun. We were done after a couple hours but the admission was... More

This place is way overrated. Unless you are an owner you will not have a good time. You will be hit with additional fees for everything. The waterpark SUCKS! The lifeguards are all about squashing your fun. If you want a waterpark go to Wilderness at the Smokies! A much better value and one of the best waterparks around.

This place has it all, Waterslides, Lazy River, Hot Tubs. Great place for family oriented fun. And, all indoors, so cold weather outside? Still fun inside.

This is a great place to let the kids, and the "adult kids" play no matter what weather you're facing! Indoor water park adjacent to the Westgate Resort.

My wife couldn't swim because of eye problem, but she did go and do the Lazy River with an inter-tube. She had so much fun in it, being careful with her eye problem, not letting water hit her eye. She was in it for over 2 hours, walking around in it over and over again. The only complaint was that... More

We spent several hours at the waterpark because it was cold and rainy that day. The building is very warm and the water in most of the pools is like bath water. Hot tubs were hot! Only two large slides, but a nice kids area, even a small area for toddlers. We would definitely keep this as an option on... More
