We provide half-day and full day tours that are perfect for the entire family (kids aged 4 and up). Departing from the scenic town of Page, Arizona, your trip will begin with an exciting and exclusive ride down the two-mile long Glen Canyon Dam access tunnel. At river level, with the dam soaring 700 feet above you, you will board a comfortable pontoon raft for your journey downstream. While on the River, you will experience one of the most dramatic stretches of river in the western United States. Your experienced guide will tell the story of the area’s soaring sandstone cliffs, crystal blue-green waters, abundant wildlife, exploration by Major John Wesley Powell and others, and the river's modern role in the Southwest’s water and power delivery system.A stop to view an impressive set of ancient petroglyphs will offer a you chance to stretch your legs and enjoy your lunch while bearing witness to the area’s former inhabitance by ancient native cultures. If you choose, you may also refresh yourself by wading in the cold, clear river. Come and visit the river that we love... You'll be inspired! « less

AMAZING experience! I went one time with my family when I was 16 and again this year (9 years later). You are technically in Glen Canyon and raft for several hours down the Colorado River. You may be with 10-15 other people and can ride on the "side" of the pontoon. You stop at a beach and can use the... More

Enjoyed a tour down Glen Canyon above Grand Canyon. Our hostess / Captain Emily was effusive, fun and professional. The box lunch was good. There's some water available on the boat, but bring as much as you can during the summer months. A good brimmed hat is a requirement too. There are a couple stops along the way; at one... More

We had an awesome time. Our guide James was very knowledgeable and personable. He even played a wooden flute at the end of our trip. The canyon walls and the water are beautiful. The view from the river is breathtaking. Make sure you read the Q's & A's on their website. I definately recommend this tour.

We did a half day trip in the morning. Since it was June, we were glad that we went in the morning. We weather was perfect. CRD did a great job of organizing and running the trip. I was surprised at how large and stable the rafts were. I had been hesitant to carry anything with me, but found that... More

Ordered the trip from back home (Sweden) and really enjoyed the scenery and the guide (Ned) with all his stories. However, I was expecting more of a rafting experience even though it was soft! I consider this trip more of a guided tour in Glen Canyon. It was great for me and my husband byt the kuds (9 and 12)... More

This was my first time doing anything like this. I arrived bright and early at 7, and we got checked in, then loaded onto the buses. There were young and old, and people from all over the world...on my boat were folks from London, and a young couple from Italy as well as those from Arizona and the East Coast.... More

First on the ride: a must do in Page, you get a superb view of the canyon and the dam, while enjoying the river, the sun and the group you travel with. Great organization, lots of information upfront. Be sure to have what they indicate as needed (sunscreen, hats, ..,)and have clothes with you or preferentially on, to swim with.... More

This is a very busy outfit but well run. You get on buses and they drive you 2 miles down thru the tunnels they used to originally build the Glen Canyon Dam. At the base there a bunch of large pontoon boats and guides who take you down the river. Forgot our guides name, a young gal who was only... More

We enjoyed our combo trip with CRD (Slot Canyon AM /Rafting PM) A short ride from CRD to the Glen Canyon dam to board the pontoon rafts. The ride is peaceful and has impressive views of the cliffs/canyon (very different visual from the water). Seeing few big horn sheep coming down to drink from the river was pretty neat. (saw... More
