First we did a guided Full Day Trip with Hidden Canyon Kayak, had an absolutely amazing time. The boat ride out to Labyrinth Bay was great. Lake Powell is quite scenic, especially in the morning light. Once we put the kayaks in we had a leisurely paddle through Labyrinth Canyon with plenty of time to admire and enjoy the landscape... What a wonderful way to have an adventure. They provided a boat and hauled it way up Lake Powell. They led us on many kayak trips and hikes. They fed us every meal and snack. (Oh my, the guacamole!!!) They provided the camping gear. The guides were highly informed about the area and the outdoors. They were safety conscious. They... More

Hop aboard the tour to one of the most beautiful places on earth! **Moderate level of intensity. It seems appropriate a wide age range, from children to active seniors. Bring water and a camera! Also, wear water shoes, SPF protection (hats, glasses, sunscreen, etc) Dave was our tour guide along with one assistant who was super sweet and friendly (her... More

The canyon and lake were absolutely gorgeous. I really enjoyed it when we were actually kayaking. However, our guide was more interested in chatting with an older couple on the excursion (not about lake Powell) and floating then he was about actually letting us kayak. I wanted to explore the lake and actively kayak the whole time but I felt... More

There were 8 of us - 4 kids and 4 adults. We were treated to a nice kayaking adventure in Lake Powell. We started off at their office, then followed our guide's truck to Lone Rock beach. After we got into our life jackets, we put the kayaks in water. Craig, our guide, gave us a very brief tutorial, but... More

Hidden Canyon Kayak provides a fun way to explore the natural wonders around the Page AZ area. Depending on if you choose a half day, full day, or more you will visit a few different areas including Lone Rock UT, or Padre Bay. For me the two weeks I stayed in Page were the highlight of a long road trip... More

Craig, our experienced guide, was very informative about Lake Powell and the surrounding area, including the Colorado River and Grand Canyon. We had a wonderful experience paddling in very quiet waters. The stark beauty of the lake and its imposing adjacent geological formations made the 3 hours very memorable and enjoyable.

We did a half day trip because of time. Definitely would come back for a full or overnight! Dave was a wealth of knowledge about the area. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip!

We needed kayaks to travel down Antelope Canyon and had some issues with our original place that we planned to rent from (they had weird hours and no staff available to get kayaks for us. Hidden Canyon answered the phone and within 15 minutes we were headed to Lake Powell with kayaks on our roof. The guys were super friendly,... More
