Upper antelope canyon is a place of natural beauty ,but the tour experience is overcrowded and unpleasant. You ride over from the Page office in a jeep. 7 people are crammed into each row of the jeep regardless of weight or size. You enter and exit thru the same opening which contributes to the crowding and confusion in the canyon.... More

Al, our driver and guide, was excellent on our photo tour. There is no other way to get to canyon than dirt road. Not comfortable in back of truck. I am 74 years old and it was not a hardship for me! The canyon is a MUST VISIT. Al showed us excellent spots to take best pictures. Yes, we had... More

We traveled to Page from Sedona, and went on the tour with 14 others in the group. Our guide was an enthusiastic storyteller, and generous with his knowledge of photography and the canyon. He encouraged everyone to take pictures and offered suggestions about unique pictures. He made every effort to provide each photographer with opportunities to take pictures. The open... More

This is only a review of Antelope Canyon Tours by Roger Ekis, not of the canyon itself. (which is definitely worth visiting) We started of the tour by being loaded into a pick-up truck. You sit on the outside, and only have a handrail to hold onto. it wasn't super comfortable, but not too bad. the first 10 minutes or... More

I wasn't very fond of the pickup trucks that transport you to the canyon, but we survived. If you're not up for the open air ride, of which is ten minutes on paved road and another ten on sand, you can opt for a closed ride. Just ask beforehand. The lower canyon is much more beautiful, but don't count the... More

We really enjoyed this tour, we were picked up in Page in an open Jeep and driven, along a dusty creek bed, to an opening, in a cliff, which was the start of the Antelope Slot Tour. The formations inside were created by water, through the sandstone, you get fantastic shapes on the walls and magnificent colours, with the filtered... More

This is a 2-aspect review, in that I will review both the Upper Antelope Canyon visit and the company. I booked this trip for 2 adults via email (from the UK) many months in advance with no problems. We arrived as instructed, parked in the parking area near the office and signed in at the reception. We were given clear... More

Will make this review short and simple - agree totally with others' reviews here - even though we read the Trip Advisor Reviews - we were still shocked at seeing the vehicle that we were to ride in going to the Slot Canyons - felt like I should moo - a cow being taken to the market for slaughter -... Rosie was great, pointing out very cool images. The only downer was the fact that tourists from other groups we're rushing past us leaving their tour guides behind creating unwanted photo opportunities.

Called the cell # to book a tour next day, the woman on the phone was absolutely rude and impatient, failed to disclose the tour details and rushed me to make the reservation. When asked to cancel, she threatened to ban me from the tour service next two days. Wait a second, are we living in America? The customer service... More
