We got maybe 1/3 done with the tour when lightning forced us to return. You can get some great pics. The info was interesting. We didn't get to see the insid of the dam, but it sounded cool.

Really a tremendous engineering marvel and a wonderful feat to put it in this remote place in the desert. Lots of controversy surrounding the dam but unquestionably it was a huge engineering challenge and has created a huge human recreational area. Take the tour -- it gives you the opportunity to both walk on the dam, below and inside the... More

We arrived after the visitor center closed, but the lot was open, so we were able to park and walk along one side. Port-a-potty was in parking lot, so that was convenient!

Easier access than the Hoover Dam. Just park your car in front of the visitor center, watch a movie to see why and how the dam was built and book a tour for just $5. You will not only walk on the dam but also go inside to see how everything works.

The museum and tour are very interesting and the guides are very knowledgeable. This is the second time that I have taken the tour and have learned something each time. Well worth the money. The Jr Ranger program here is very good.

Only worth a stop if you happen to be going this way. The road over the dam offers a nice view towards both the lake and the canyon.

Quite a structure and interesting story behind the construction of the dam and the city of Page, Az. We went on top of the dam and took water trips on either side...

Should spend about 0.5 - 1 hour there to learn about the dam and nature. Sceneries around there are also very beautiful.

Tall Dam, incredible feat of engineering - but there is little else to the sight. I would skip it. The view of Glen Canyon on Scenic View Rd is better.
