Others have written about the artful (spiritual?) experience. Yes it is crowded, but it is not to be missed. I want to highlight two other things: 1. You need to take a tour to visit the canyon. This is good, because a 3 mile long 4x4 drive is required. Your rental car will not make it. 2. I was deeply... More

Antelope canyon is a special and unique sight to see. I don't think the company's website has been updated though, as my roommate and I did the 1pm tour and though we ended up getting to the canyon 45 minutes late because the our group's truck broke down, it seems as though the lighting would have been better during the... The nature and the canyon were totally magnificent and gorgious... but the guide was very rude, agressive et plenty of rage. We are still wondering why we spent 2 hours with such an agressive woman and why we gave her a large tip at the end. Very bad memory. Not to recommend.

Saw that the Slot Canyons were on my route and wanted to make it a stop. I went several hours out of my way to visit these canyons. I signed up for this tour in advance - it was supposed to be an intimate tour with about 12 people. Well, there were twelve people on my frightening excuse of a... More

This is a tricky review to write. The tour was like it's been described in reviews here. Briefly: Yes, there is a bumpy ride in a truck to get to the canyon. Hang on! Yes, it's crowded. Yes, it's gorgeous! Yes, you feel rushed. Yes, the guides (Leonard was ours) are friendly and know the photography spots very well. I... More

Hard to find a word to describe this canyon without sounding like everyone else. Perhaps I'm just a sucker for beautiful rock formations, but something about the curves of the walls and the color..and the constantly changing of color as clouds pass over the top of the canyon..just awesome. Our guide, Vere was extremely professional and helpful with all us... More

We picked the 3pm tour with Chief Tsosie due to time constraints. On the positive side we did receive a 10% discount for this time, however, we would have preferred to pay the full price to get the full experience that is advertised on their web page. The tour guide we ended up with had very limited knowledge of the... More

I've wanted to visit Antelope Canyon for years and with my trip to Arizona last week I was finally able to visit it. I picked Antelope Slot Canyon Tours based on online reviews and appearance of their website. Once I made my reservation they replied to me within a day. On the day of my tour, I arrived and was... As a photographer, I've wanted to visit Antelope Canyon for years. It's one of those must-do locations. I can't stress enough how important it is that you do a PHOTO TOUR and not just a regular tour if you're going primarily to shoot. Our guide Robert Big Horse made the trip so worthwhile. Here's how the day went: You arrive... More

We took a 10:30am tour with Jullian and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I love photography, but have a simple point and shoot. Jullian showed us the best places to take photos, helped us mimic famous scenic photos and took photos of us a couple. He is very knowledgable on the area and Navajo culture, but didn't overwhelm us with information.... More
