Glacier Guides (our guide was JD) is hands down the best Guide service I've used. You will not regret it. I also rented the equipment, and coming from Texas, really glad I did - it was $45 for three days and totally worth it (incl. tent, sleeping bag, liner, backpack, and therm-a-rest sleeping pad). Can't say enough good things about... More

I really enjoyed my backpacking trip with Glacier Guides. The Guides offered fun, safety, education and great support throughout the trip. The office staff was responsive, enthusiastic and ready to make planning simple. Glacier National Park offers wild beauty and true off-the-grid vacation.

We did a whole day whitewater rafting trip with Kevin from Glacier Guides. It was awesome! He kept us chatting and having fun. He gave us great information about things in the area and pointed out a lot of things along the river. There were only us and another couple on the raft and Kevin was great about telling us... More

We went on a half-day raft trip as a part of our honeymoon in late August. Because of low water levels and high wind, the trip was slow-moving, but overall we had a wonderful time. Trey was our guide and he made the 3.5 hour trip very informative and fun for all of us. It was great to hear his... More

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Glacier Guides Lodge--comfortable room and place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. The breakfast had many delicious choices and we appreciated being able to use the computer and internet.

We booked a private day hike with GG. Since we do these typeofguided hikes a lot, we had high expectations--all of which were exceeded thanks to our guide JD. His knowledge of Glacier and passion for nature made this a exceptional experience. In planning for the trip,GG really listened to what we were looking for(remote location, strenuous hike) and JD... Background: We had done several day hikes before, some in Alaska, some in Colorado as well as two summits (for the summit climbs we had assistance carrying our gear). We were looking to do a completely self-sufficient backcountry hike for which we carried everything we needed. Having heard so much about the awesome beauty of Glacier National Park we wanted... After Driving 7 hours to get to West Glacier just about anything is more fun but our raft trip with Ross was the most fun we as a group had had in a long time. The Raft ride and diner prepared by our guide Ross was second to none. This was our first raft trip and it had just the... More

We took this fabulous guided hike in late July 2012 and highly recommend it. You need to be in at least average hiking condition to fully enjoy this first-rate outdoor experience. Sperry and Granite Park chalets are scenic, comfortable and the food at both was hearty and tasty - especially the guide-prepared food at Granite Park. Our guides (Jen and... More

I really enjoyed my 6 day Backpacking with Glacier Guides. Our guide Jen was fantastic. She cooked amazing food every day and kept surprising us the entire trip. She also had excellent knowledge of wildlife, plant life, and history of the park. She went the extra mile ensuring the comfort and safety of everyone. She assisted several people with foot... More
