Stunning place to visit when in New York. We visited as part of a walking tour and were blown away by the views. The most perfect place day or night for photos in NYC

Great view on lower manhatten, especially around sunset. After sunsets the skyline by night is great.

A beautiful half-mile stroll on a stunning park, with flowers blooming and an incredible view of the Manhattan skyline. What more could you ask for?

Take the subway to Court street if you don't want to walk across Brooklyn Bridge. Walk down Montague Street and end up at the Promenade. Take your time. Plenty of delicious restaurants on Montague Streete to have lunch or dinner. Nice crowd.

Every time we've stayed in Brooklyn over the years, we've inevitably, a some point, ended up spending several hours chilling & thoroughly enjoying the awesome views...

This is a VERY nice park. Different feeling than Manhattan. More real-life and you get to see children. Do go there.

I live in Brooklyn but not this neighborhood so I make a trip to this spectacular place whenever I can. The views of lower Manhattan and the east river as well as the bay are just unbelievable. I've brought just about every woman I've ever dated here and they all loved it. It's free and easy to get to by... More

We loved walking along the Brooklyn Heights promenade! There was a great vibe and you get unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline. All the old Brooklyn houses were so charming and it was a great place to look at people! Such a good walk on a summer afternoon.

Take a stroll on the promenade or grab a bench and soak in the view. Someone has posted a picture on the fence of the view with the twin towers with the new tower now showing in the skyline. Very touching. At the end of the promenade head east and walk through Brooklyn heights. You only need 30 minutes to... More

This was a hidden treasure but with all the recent developments in the last 6 years its more known and crowded than ever. I suggest going during the week to avoid the crowd. Best View of the City Skyline, Very romantic. I remember the BHP of the the early 90's much has changed since.. but its still #oneofmyfavoriteplace
