Love the Promenade! The river and Manhattan on one side, gorgeous gardens on the other. It helped that it was a perfect day in the 70s. Don't miss it!

Always a best kept secret hiding spot for getting some peace, quiet and gorgeous views in the city, this place is getting more and more crowded during beautiful summer days. Nevertheless, still a gorgeous place to take a while and scope out the views of the Manhattan skyline - bonus points if taking in one of the epic concerts at... More

I love this place. It is a great place to sit and relax while watching the sunset over the East River. The view of Manhattan is amazing. I can walk here from both my office and my home so spend a fair amount of time here.

It's beautiful, it's clean, and it offers the finest views of Downtown Manhattan in the city. My wife and I frequent this part of Brooklyn several times a month. We find that there is never a large crowd to dissuade your from visiting and on a hot day it's nice to find s shady place to walk.

If you wanna have a lovely view over the famous Brooklyn Bridge with Manhattan skyline as its stunning background, this is the place. Always crowded with flocking tourists and locals, this promenade is surely everyone's favorite... Take your time strolling around to see the two bridges, kids running around in the park and have nothing but a relaxing walk..

We loved walking along the Promenade. There were many benches for relaxing and people watching, and it had great views of Manhattan (especially the Freedom Tower and the Statue of Liberty).

This is one of the great sightseeing spots in New York. From here you get a great view across the East River to Manhattan, with the Statue of Liberty, Governor's Island, and the skyscrapers of Lower Manhattan in front and to the left, and Brooklyn Bridge off to the right. Lately there is additional ship traffic on the East River.... More
