We were lucky to get a beautiful warm day for going to the Park, it was so peaceful on that side of the river just looking across at Manhattan - we were there as the sun was going down and it was just stunning. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a nice park that is grass and lots of the local toddlers. The view of Manhattan is wonderful.

Visited after a friend recommended and I loved it so much I went back twice! Great spot for views of Manhattan and lovely place to watch the sunset. Park seems great for kids with excellent play areas. Lots of picnic benches and a BBQ area.

Tjis was an amazing part of our trip. The views of Manhattan can't be beat. The bridge is a backdrop and frames the modern skyline with the old bridge.

No visit to NYC is complete without a visit to this park in progress. BBP will soon be counted among the crown jewels of New York City. A waterfront park with athletic fields, rentable kayaks, food venues, a water park for toddlers, scores of picnic tables, a pool, art installations, meandering paths and it stretches from Atlantic Avenue almost all... Once upon a time the Brooklyn Waterfront was a mess. No longer a tangle of industrial piers in various states of decay...now we have a place to wander in leisure time on a Saturday or a Sunday or any day of the week. There are many, many features to the park, too many to list here. Just come and enjoy.

Like the Promenade, BBP has an exceptional view. You can see Lower Manhattan, the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, and all the boat/helicopter traffic that enlivens this stretch of the East River. BBP has dozens of little secrets, from groves of trees, small paths hidden from view, and awesome bridge, and tidal estuaries. Each corner of the park is unique, and... More

Awesome spot to hang out and see the city skyline... you can see Statue of Liberty in the distance and boats and planes... just sit back and relax and watch!

Thank Gail M
