We went at night and never felt unsafe - quite the opposite. Who could imagine soccer, volleyball, and roller-skating all I one over-the-water park setting? It's all here plus waterfront paths to enjoy the great views of the city - do bring a camera!

If you're into photography, this is a brilliant place to start building your portfolio but on a nice sunny day, forget about it!! There were lines everywhere for the bathroom and for food. There's a couple of good restaurants and food trucks in the area; parking is... More

A highlight of a NYC visit. This is a spectacular walk, from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Views superb, and the bridge itself is amazing.

Huge park with fabulous views of Manhattan. Great restaurants. You can also catch the NY Water Taxi here. It will take you around to the west side of Manhattan.

Brooklyn Bridge park has a gorgeous view of Manhattan. When we walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, we ate lunch in the out door picnic area which was really nice and clean.

After spending a couple days in the city, we ventured to Brooklyn. So glad we did! This park was great for the toddlers to let out some of that energy they can't release in the small NYC hotel rooms! There are so many things to do and see. If you are there on a Sunday, be sure to check out... More

We enjoyed our Sunday afternoon walk along the varied components of the Brooklyn Bridge Park. It offers different activities from sports to picnicking to hiking all with great views of the Harbor and the lower Manhattan skyline. It is a park for everyone from families to tourists to couples to sports enthusiasts. A true celebration of the variety that is... More

After crossing the bridge, we wandered to this lovely park, with fabulous views of Manhattan. Great walkways, a carousel, grassy areas w/park benches, a very nice respite.
