Great views

Awesome views and well worth the walk across the bridge. While residential, several nice spots to eat and shop

It is not so much a park as a paved promenade along the water. It was not worth exploring, the only interesting thing was the photo exhibit.

This is about as icon NYC as the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. Read the history and then walk across to Brooklyn or reverse. Don't forget to take your picture on the bridge and send to friends it's the best souvenir.

What a unique park area in Brooklyn! My 6 yo and I enjoyed walking along the water, and had a blast roller skating at the large outdoor (but covered) roller rink on a beautiful summer day! The rink was great. Lockers available to store your items, although everyone seemed to leave their shoes out on the benches. We will be... More

Beautiful strip of land along the river. Go when Smorgasburg is there for a delightful culinary feast.

The place has really changed, surely for the better. The children's playground seems to be safe. Lots of the city kids run around freely. Parents can sit on the grass to enjoy the scenery of downtown Manhattan skylight. There is a nice bike trial, basketball court, baseball court and a carousel . In fact, some luxury condos are arising by... More

This was definitely a place the locals liked to hang out! It was great to be so close to the river and have an opportunity to take some fun photos.

Take your time and explore, sit down, relax, breathe in and out, and enjoy the scenery. Lots of places to have a drink or ice cream, sandwiches or a full meal.
