Great view of the Manhattan skyline

Best view of Manhattan! You can see all the iconic buildings and bridges from this park. It's especially beautiful at night when all the lights are shining!

While visiting our daughter, she took us to the newly opened Smorgsburg at Pier 5 of Brooklyn Bridge Park. This is a great way to support the local start-ups and eat your way through New York's diverse cultural foodie suppliers. You can get breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert all within about 200 start up tents, best of all Brooklyn Bridge... More

City parking near pier 2 is best way to park. Take a walk toward pier 2 to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Manhattan. Lots of playground for kids to adult.

Majestic view to Manhattan bridge and the East river...and the great Manhattan skyline. Great place to take wedding or family photos. My kids loved riding Jane's Carousel. There is also the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. It's a hand-made ice cream shop. Awesome place to hang out or just walk around.

You must walk, stroll, run, bike, lay-around at this wonderful park. Take some sports gear and play at the different areas...soccer, basketball, shuttle....And it had Smorgasbord Park going on on Sunday which as great food.

‘Jane’s Carousel’ is a wonderful find on the banks of the Hudson River in Brooklyn Bridge park between the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. A meticulously restored 1922 wooden carousel, housed in a glass pavilion, with great views of the bridges and Manhattan.

Wow - the view is just magnificent. Bring your camera and snap, snap, snap! It can also be very peaceful because the sounds of the city are somewhat muffled.

Just love to visit this park when the weather is clear and sunny. The skyline of Manhattan is great from this side. You can walk forever,pick-up something to eat, take a carousal ride or a ferry into the city. There's plenty of space to just have a picnic. By the way just down the block is the oldest pizza restaurant also... More
