My wife and I used our prepaid New York Pass to participate in this tour in October this year. We pre booked the tour on our ipad to ensure we had a reserved place. I am very experienced in booking hotels and flights on my ipad/internet but found this process required by "Inside Out" to be very clumsy and defiantly... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your tour. In terms of buying our tickets, if you are buying a regular retail ticket, we recommend using our Zerve system which is quick and efficient. No one has ever had problem using the Zerve system. Unfortunately, we do have a separate reservation system for NYPass customers due to... More

Marco our guide was a great guide providing historic info with enthusiasm and wit. We were given wearable speakers so he did not have to yell. We met at the north steps of the Tweed Courthouse, walked across the bridge, walked into DUMBO neighborhood, and finished below the bridge. We walked back across the bridge to get on the Hop-On... Very much enjoyed the walking tour of sites relevant to slavery and the underground railroad in NYC. Our tour guide was very informative - he really knew his history - and he was very engaging. We learned about slavery and underground railroad both in NYC and in the northern states in general. Its always good when you leave such a... More

This was a great tour! Our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I really appreciated the acronym BMW to help remember the three bridges names! I would have given 5 stars but the tour said start time 11 but it was 11:07 before we began, I found out later that we were waiting for one person... More

A group of us did a the Brooklyn bridge and Dumbo tour with James. He was a great tour guide- knowledgeable, fun and unforgettable. I have visited Dumbo and admired the Brooklyn bridge on previous visits, but this tour enhanced the great architecture before us. Actually worth the obligatory tip that Americans expect despite bad service (not the case here).... More

The Inside Out Tours (we did the Gospel Tour and the Brooklyn Bridge walk) were OK, but hardly the best walking tours we have taken around the world. They both started late, and the guides, while no doubt knowledgeable, were neither particularly engaging or funny. Ho-hum.

Ryan, our tour guide was brilliant. Made us laugh and sent us back into history with the story of the bridge. Very informative and so much better than take a walk over the bridge and back. Also took us round the Dumbo neighbourhood which we'd prob not even consider if it hadn't been in the tour. Was very helpful to... More

I dare say this tour is a MUST for every NY visitor! Walking Brooklyn Bridge alone is an experience, together with an InsideOut tour guide it is a great experience. Giving background information, showing locations we never would have found alone, our guide (sorry, I don't remember his name!) was very competent. My wife and I had lots of fun,... More

To say that this is clearly a Gospel tour is not really correct. In our case the gospel itself lasted about 40-50 min out of 5!!! hours. So, our tour started at 9.30 at Wall St. district, then a group was brought to Brooklyn by subway and there a tour started. Our guide Caroline was not a great speaker at... More

We regret that you did not enjoy your tour. However, we must correct a few things which are not factually accurate and/or fair. First, the tour discusses gospel music extensively, from its inception to its development in Brooklyn and the world; second, as advertised, we do a neighborhood tour of Brooklyn Heights, one of the most architecturally beautiful neighborhoods in...
