Good selection of rides. Not really feeling the setup down the boardwalk. But with the 4 hour unlimited wristbands it is awesome when hardly anyone is out there (looks like rain, there at park open) because you get way more than your money's worth riding as many times as you want for the 4 hours. I imagine if there are... More

It's is a bit old, but not crowded so easy to do a lot of rides. Not cheap but it's kind of worth the money. Just remember it's faaaar away from Manhattan. 1,5h with subway. Extra plus though since it's right on the beach!

we had a great time at luna park, but found it expensive. You but a card and load it with credit to use the rides. 1 credit is $1 and there are deals for a few extra credits if you buy in bulk. The problem is the rides use up a lot of credits. The go karts were 10 credits... More

a little pricey and if you want thrills you'll have a job using all your credits depending on the ticket you get but overall great fun. didnt bother with that cyclone coaster as hate the old ones, too rickety looking and had already done my neck on the thunderbolt but the electro spin and that 360 degree one were hilarious.... Went there for our first day in NYC, after a 12-hours travel, before exploring manhattan. I think it was a good plan ; all you have to do here is enjoy the lunapark and the seaside. Be careful, "high thrill" games are really high thrill ! Honestly, i recommend to avoid the cyclone, even if this is the legend of... More

I grew up going to Coney Island and Luna Park in the summer. I remember it as a bit dingy but loads of fun. Today, it is much cleaner with some great additions to attractions. All in all, its a fun day spent by the sea.

Coney Island's amusement park has been legend for years, but most native New Yorkers - or even those who dwell here year round - don't see much of an interest in it. It's not something adults spend time on either, but that's completely underrated after spending a day with some beverages at one of the waterfront bars. While it's not... More

I went there this past 9-4-14 drove for over an hour to find out that this people do not stand behind their schedule of hours os op. I arrived at 455pm on a sunny day hoping to enjoy my late afternoon, since i didnt want to stand in the sun and humidity in early afternoon, with my (2) four year... More

She had a great time. Very inexpensive and nice. Was able to find parking. She had a great time. I love going on a Monday. Not crowed at all. Plan on going again before it closes for the season.

My 18-year-old grandniece had a blast: on the Slingshot, on the Thunderbolt, and a few other rides. Ticket booths are woefully undermanned, or closed, and the number of locals or tourists with many kids, an incomplete command of English, and a complicated set of "credit" options, makes ticketing a frustrating experience. The rides taking only two people per trip: Slingshot... More
