we had both Orlando for the Civil War Tour, and Phil, for the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil!! Both guides were very knowledgable and even threw in a few laughs now and then to keep it light at times. Would highly recommend either guide for either tour. "Phil's Fun Facts and Orlando's thorough knowledge were very pleasant!!

We purchased a Groupon for a Ghost Tour in Savannah and wanted one that had some great history included too but we weren't sure what we would get. We ended up with a private tour from Jasmine and she was fantastic! Very personable and she knows her stuff. We learned so much and went back revisiting several of her stops... More

Several weeks ago I booked two back to back same day tours with Savannah Walks to be conducted in Italian. We were hosting relatives from Rome and they spoke almost no English. Early the morning of the tour I received an email from the tour owner Brad to say that the Italian speaking guide had developed a medical issue and... More

Took a short side trip to Savannah while visiting family in S.C. - booked the pub crawl through Savannah Walks in order to see some of the city during the evening when there was less heat. Our tour guide was really nice, but already seemed a bit inebriated when we arrived. After the first couple of bars (at which the... More

I was apprehensive about doing this tour after reading some the reviews here but Jasmine did a great job of storytelling and engaging us during the tour. A great evening tour..Thanks Jasmine!

I have been trying to get someone from this company to call me back regarding an issue with my VISA and no response. Poor customer service so beware of dealing with this company. I remain hopeful they will answer the messages left on their phone which seems to be the only way to get anhold of them.

We have taken several other tours with Savannah Walks and been very pleased. This time we scheduled the Haunted Pub tour for us and our two adult children. We considered canceling because it was pouring rain but decided to go anyway. I thought it was a good sign that the guide showed up but as soon as he spoke I... More

We went to Savannah recently for the day...partly because we had a Groupon for a ghost tour. I love that stuff, and was really looking forward to the tour. So, we met our tour guide in the assigned location and went on the tour. We walked at a leisurely place and she told stories about some of the houses. We... More

I recently visited Savannah with a friend and our daughters (11 years old) and were all excited to attend a ghost tour. We purchased a Groupon for the tour and made a reservation. We were told to meet at 9:25pm at Johnson Square, we were there and no guide ever showed up. Several phone calls were made and messages were... More

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our company. However, our ghost tours have left from Johnson Square at 7:30 and 9:30 pm every night since 1996. I am wondering if you were not in the proper spot for the tour. I personally confirmed your reservation over the phone and emphasized that the tour began by the sundial... More

If you read the website it says that this company has a shop at 37 Abercorn Street to take care of any problems. No true. If you need to call the don't try the published number 912-234-WALK. It is out of order. Don't try to get a refund Brad Spinks, the new owner will say anything to end the call... More

Unfortunately, this is not a genuine review. It was written by a former employee who was terminated for insubordination. It saddens us at The Savannah Walks that she would write such things. But this type of behavior is one of the reasons she is no longer with us. More
