We took the 1930 ghost tour tonight with Michelle Walters. She was very prompt and personal. She was extremely knowledgeable of the history and the area. We really enjoyed our tour!

Took the 930 pm tour. Easy to find the meeting place. Nice stroll through town, churches are beautiful at night! Learned a little more Savannah history, nothing spooky or scary so good for little ones. Watch your footing on the bricks and look out for low tree branches. Used a Groupon on this and was definitely worth it.

This is my second time participating in a ghost tour, the first with this company. I enjoy hearing the "haunted" history of Savannah. You can take your drinks with you along the tour, but make sure that you wear comfortable shoes. You could easily end up walking at least a mile from start to end.

My dad and I went on this tour two nights ago through purchase of a Groupon, I forget the tour guides name but she had dark longer hair. A lot of the information was very vague. We also heard some of this information on the Savannah hop on hop off tour. Our guide did not seem to be to genuine... More

Thank you for the review. We read your review of the tour and are at a loss. What did you not like about the tour? The guide in question has 15 years experience in telling ghost stories in Savannah and has always gotten consistently wonderful reviews. One thing people appreciate about her tour is that she blends some local history... More

We enjoyed our Civil War tour. Exactly what we expected...anecdotal stories of Sherman's experience. Our guide was an obvious history buff and we felt we got our monies worth.

Thank you so much for the kind words about your tour! The Civil War tour was one of the original tours that we offered 20 years ago. To this day, it remains our most popular daytime tour. More

I purchased this with a groupon. I feel that it was not worth the price. The guide was nice but, the tour was mildly informative. My teenager gave me more information as we walked along the tour. It's not a bad tour, just not worth the price.

Thank you for the review. We are always striving to make out ghost tour the very best one in Savannah. The stories we tell on the tour are all from reliable documented sources and have been told by us for 20 years. No specifics were given with your review. The tour guide was very nice and knowledge but the person that answers the phone is super rude. I will never recommend this tour to anyone just because of him. I'm sure it's the same @ss that has been answering these reviews. No southern hospitality here. Don't bother replying "manager". Everyone I know will here not to take the Savanah... More

Thank you for the review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour. However, we are concerned about the level of customer service you received when you made your reservation. We have several people that answer dozens of daily phone calls in various places around the country. We seldom hear of a bad experience about their customer service... More

We enjoyed the walk! It was a little warm and muggy, but we took random pictures.... actually think we caught a few pics of unexplained ...stuff....lol... The best part of the walk was our guide, Susanna! She was so informative and conveyed an excellent mixture of professionalism...quirkiness....and dark humor! Oh...and we also used Groupon. I called to make my reservations... More

We have been on many on these Ghost Walks over the years, and it had been a long time since our last one. I love that we learned a lot of new lore, and stories. I wish I would have written down the young ladies name that did our tour, but she did a great job. She kept our interest... More

My tickets were not Groupon. I paid full price for 3 adult tickets to go on the 9:30 p.m. Ghost Walk Tour Sunday, May 17, 2015. My party waited by the sundial ( where we were told to wait by the ticketing agents) from 9:05 p.m until 10:00 p.m. There was another gentleman who had paid for the tour as... More

Actually, this was not a guide no show. The Elder party booked their tour online minutes before the tour started but we had no other reservations scheduled for that night so we used the evening for guide training. I spoke with Mrs. Elder the following morning and explained that we did not receive the reservation email until well after the... More
