We enjoyed the walk! It was a little warm and muggy, but we took random pictures.... actually think we caught a few pics of unexplained ...stuff....lol... The best part of the walk was our guide, Susanna! She was so informative and conveyed an excellent mixture of professionalism...quirkiness....and dark humor! Oh...and we also used Groupon. I called to make my reservations... More

We have been on many on these Ghost Walks over the years, and it had been a long time since our last one. I love that we learned a lot of new lore, and stories. I wish I would have written down the young ladies name that did our tour, but she did a great job. She kept our interest... More

My tickets were not Groupon. I paid full price for 3 adult tickets to go on the 9:30 p.m. Ghost Walk Tour Sunday, May 17, 2015. My party waited by the sundial ( where we were told to wait by the ticketing agents) from 9:05 p.m until 10:00 p.m. There was another gentleman who had paid for the tour as... More

Actually, this was not a guide no show. The Elder party booked their tour online minutes before the tour started but we had no other reservations scheduled for that night so we used the evening for guide training. I spoke with Mrs. Elder the following morning and explained that we did not receive the reservation email until well after the... More

My husband had been researching walking tours on Trip Advisor and the Civil War Walk offered by Savannah Walks came highly recommended. A couple of clicks led him to Viator, who sold him two tickets on Wednesday night for a tour at 1pm on Friday. The tickets told us to meet our guide at Reynolds Square at 12:50. On the... More

Beware! Don't make the same mistake we did. We had a tour scheduled for 4/27 at 9:30 pm. We arrived at the Johnson Square sundial at 9:05 pm. At 9:35, when no one from the Savannah Walks group had arrived, we tried calling. We kept getting a mailbox that was full. There was no other number to call for this... More

Thank you for the review. And I agree with you. Our negative reviews almost always stem from dissatisfied Groupon customers. Mind you, there are 5 negative Groupon reviews on this site but we have had the good fortune of offering fantastic tours to over 5,000 Groupon guests in the past 3 years and all with excellent reviews. That being said,... More

We purchased a groupon for two. It took a couple attempts but made reservations over the phone about a month prior. We took our dog on the tour, it was not a problem. We went to Johnson square and the tour group started gathering around 7:20pm. The tour guide, Jason, checked everyone in. There was about 21 people in our... More

Brad, since it appears you have an answer for everything... Answer this... Where was the tour guide for our tour scheduled for April 3 at 9:30??? How is this my fault since you seem to always put the blame on the customer writing the review? My trouble with you began a few weeks prior when I called your business number... More

Brad was an enthusiastic and charming guide who skillfully connected the history of the city with the history of the gardens and parks. We had a wonderful time and I heartily recommend this company to any first timers to Savannah.

Bought the groupon about 2 weeks ago. We called, spoke with an employee, and scheduled a tour for our last evening in Savannah (3/31). We were told to meet in Johnson Square at 9:25 for the 9:30 Ghost Tour. We arrived at about 9:20. At 9:30 when it was obvious nobody was there for a tour we called the office.... More

Thank you for the review. All Groupon guests are required to call and confirm their reservations 24 hours prior to their tour. According to our records, you did not do this. The tour begins by the sundial in Johnson Square.and that is where your guide was waiting and collected all waiting guests. Groupon has one number offered for Groupon guests... More

We were blessed to be the only 2 members on the morning tour with Brad. He has an an in-depth understanding of the community and its history, and was able to customize the tour to our botanical interests. I was motivated to learn more about Savannah, and am now learning about the role of Savannah during the Civil War. I... More
