We were blessed to be the only 2 members on the morning tour with Brad. He has an an in-depth understanding of the community and its history, and was able to customize the tour to our botanical interests. I was motivated to learn more about Savannah, and am now learning about the role of Savannah during the Civil War. I... More

We took this 'tour" on a Wednesday night and eneded up being the only two people going ( Looked like it was going to rain which probably scared people off) Cliff was our guide and did a wonderful job as our private guide. Tour is about 1and 1/2 hours long and visits several interesting sites along the way. Cliff was... More

Thank you for your review! Though we cannot guarantee you will see ghosts on our tour, you can bet there will be some apparitions in any photos taken while on tour! We hope you will choose The Savannah Walks again the next time you are in town! More

Please do not use this groupon, they are the worst. Wait until you get there, there are many options better than this. I hope someone benefits from my loss.

Thank you for the review, though there is no explanation of what we did or didn't do. We are currently running a Groupon and we meet in Johnson Square by the sundial at 7:30pm and 9:30pm and have done so for 20 years. Our ghost tours are very popular and reservations are required. More

I purchased the Ghost Walk groupon and called to reserve a spot for my husband and myself on the 7:30 tour. We cut our dinner short in order to ensure we would arrive with plenty of time to spare at the designated meet up spot. We stood and waited until 7:35 at which point I called the number listed on... Thank you for the frank review. I had the pleasure of personally assisting this guest. She had a Groupon and a reservation but arrived late for the tour. The guide had already started his tour and had his phone on vibrate which we do as a courtesy to our guests during our tours. I spoke with this guest about missing... More

I bought a groupon for the ghost tour. We showed up at 7:15p for the 7:30 tour and waited till 8:00p for our guide. They never showed up. There was a family that had a 10:00a tour that morning and the guide was a no-show for that tour also. Another couple in the group had confirmed around 4:00p that day... More

Thank you for your response. I am sorry to hear about your experience with our company. I am not sure how you missed the tour. The guide always meets our guests by the sundial 5 minutes prior to the tour starting. We have been meeting in that location for 20 years. We have observed that some of our Groupon guests... More

Firstly, do NOT bother with the $13 Groupon. I was barely able to get ahold of anyone in time to schedule my tour during the limited time my friend was in town. I left multiple messages, called their outsourced booking company, Zerve, only to be redirected to the local recording. I finally went to their business, which is also unmarked... More

I am afraid this review was written by a guest in error. We do not have any guides on staff that meet this description nor would we hire any that did! More

I booked a private tour in August 2014 and Savannah Walks required a $150 prepayment. The tour was rained out. I tried for months to get my money back and heard the following excuses from the owner: (1) they are on a new electronic system and the money has been taken out of their account, they will call the bank... Guide was knowledgable. Gave a semi private tour, ominous weather so it was just us. Intimate facts about historical figures not found in wiki. Friendly service. Recommended as good overview for a Savannah trip.

My husband and I, along with another couple did the 7:30 ghost tour on December 13, 2014. We didn't really see anything during the tdop but when we looked at our pictures, we saw some pretty freaky stuff. I'll try to post a couple. We had a great time.

Thank you for the review. Savannah is considered to be the most haunted city in the country. Apparitions, light orbs, and spooky shadows abound! Please post some of your pics so that we can share them with others. More

We had the 7:30pm ghost tour (bought a Groupon) and we were alone with the guide, Jason, after the other guests were a no-show. He was friendly and very knowledgable of Savannah's history and myths. We had a great time and even went back after the tour to some of the "haunted" houses to see them again. It at no... More
