Firstly, do NOT bother with the $13 Groupon. I was barely able to get ahold of anyone in time to schedule my tour during the limited time my friend was in town. I left multiple messages, called their outsourced booking company, Zerve, only to be redirected to the local recording. I finally went to their business, which is also unmarked... More

I booked a private tour in August 2014 and Savannah Walks required a $150 prepayment. The tour was rained out. I tried for months to get my money back and heard the following excuses from the owner: (1) they are on a new electronic system and the money has been taken out of their account, they will call the bank... Guide was knowledgable. Gave a semi private tour, ominous weather so it was just us. Intimate facts about historical figures not found in wiki. Friendly service. Recommended as good overview for a Savannah trip.

My husband and I, along with another couple did the 7:30 ghost tour on December 13, 2014. We didn't really see anything during the tdop but when we looked at our pictures, we saw some pretty freaky stuff. I'll try to post a couple. We had a great time.

Thank you for the review. Savannah is considered to be the most haunted city in the country. Apparitions, light orbs, and spooky shadows abound! Please post some of your pics so that we can share them with others. More

We had the 7:30pm ghost tour (bought a Groupon) and we were alone with the guide, Jason, after the other guests were a no-show. He was friendly and very knowledgable of Savannah's history and myths. We had a great time and even went back after the tour to some of the "haunted" houses to see them again. It at no... More

What a RIP OFF!!! . My family of 4 showed up for the 7:30 tour and waited an hour showed up 15 min early. Another family from Atlanta with 6 people also waited for someone to show up. We both called and no response. The family from Atlanta even had a voice mail confirmation on the time and date. We... More

I do not recommend using the Savannah Walks company. I purchased a Groupon to use a tour and they would not answer any phone calls for two days. I called multiple times to make a reservation and the company never answered or helped! The day of someone finally picked up and told me "oh you're the girl who has called... More

Orlando did an outstanding job with our Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil tour! He is very knowledgable about the book, the people, and the town of Savannah. It was a very worthwhile tour and I highly recommend it for any one who is interested in learning more about the wonderful town of Savannah. Orlando can tailor the... More

we had both Orlando for the Civil War Tour, and Phil, for the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil!! Both guides were very knowledgable and even threw in a few laughs now and then to keep it light at times. Would highly recommend either guide for either tour. "Phil's Fun Facts and Orlando's thorough knowledge were very pleasant!!

We purchased a Groupon for a Ghost Tour in Savannah and wanted one that had some great history included too but we weren't sure what we would get. We ended up with a private tour from Jasmine and she was fantastic! Very personable and she knows her stuff. We learned so much and went back revisiting several of her stops... More
