The staff was nice but the trip was beyond boring and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There truly is nothing to see but industrial buildings and washed up garbage on the side. That being said, the people who ran it were nice and did their best but really this was a waste of time and money. If you're bored... More

Not stellar, but a pleasant trip. We went to visit Saugatuck, Michigan and thought this would give us a different view of the river town and it did. PROs: You get to view all of those beautiful homes that are viewed from restaurant decks, etc. Not too long, 2 hours (cost $15 each)1 Clean You can take your food onboard-... More

Riverboat was very nice and clean, service was very good....2 hour cruise down the River was smooth....DJ on board. Soda was included in price....wine was $7.50 per glass. The scenery was not the best, as there are shipyards there and other construction, but u do pass Fort Jackson. Good selection of food and it was very good. I did enjoy... More

At no fault of the company, there just is not that much to see on the Savannah river front. It is very industrial and lacking in natural beauty. The captain did a nice job of narrating the scenery for what it was, and I did learn some new nautical lingo. If giant piles of rusting scrap metal and lumber are... More

I took my family on the dinner boat cruise for 50th birthday. I had great expectations for this as it was our first activity to start off our weekend in Savannah. The staff were great, everyone was very nice and the band was good as well. Now for the food....it was awful! Literally we barely ate anything and we ended... More

My husbapnd p& 0Pi went to Savannah for vacation. Unfortunately, we decided totake the riverboat cruise. It was the most boring " next to nothing" we did. The boat appeared old & the windows looked as if they had never been cleaned so we couldn't see out very well. The tour was mostly based on the cargo ships & didn't... More

We went on the Saturday Brunch Cruise, for us this was the better choice available. Price not bad for the package around 40 per adult as and 25 per kids. They offer a guided tour through the river as well as a lunch buffet for and hour and a half. Food was good nothing amazing but still the experience was good.... More

We went on the dinner cruise to celebrate my father-in-law's graduation. We were a party of six - 3 couples. We were on the larger of the two boats on the second floor. We were seated on the far end at the back of the ship. There was a DJ of sorts on our floor as the entertainment. We couldn't... More

Fair disclosure: I will agree with the reviewer who found the port portion fascinating. I've basically spent my entire 25 year career in transportation. Having said that, this is almost you're only opportunity to really see Savannah from the river and to understand why this was (and still is) a critical port. It is a little pricey, but the trip... This tour provided a pleasant Ride over the Savannah River. But It literally took you to the Bridge and Back. Offering Historic Stories over the intercom. I Honestly just enjoyed the views.
