We took the 1 hour trip at 2pm on a beautiful late October afternoon. There was plenty of space and seating on a very clean boat and the commentary from Captain John throughout the hour was really informative and covered the port's current activities as well as its historical background. We now know Savannah is the 4th largest port in... More

At USD 45 this river boat tour did not come cheap. The boat was spanking clean. The commentary- idiosyncratic and funny- was informative and done with historical tidbits. The trip was relaxing and gave a fine view of the nearby industries and river front and a view of the suspension bridge including its underdeck. Take a look at the vistas....

My wife and I went on the dinner cruise it was not worth the money at all. $ 60.00 each for a 2 hr. Cruise and could not see a thing. The dinner would have been better if it was at McDonald's. The hot food was cold and they went all out on the dessert cheese cake & fruit honeydew... More

The trip was informative, but completely uninteresting. It's basically a 60 minute schlep up and down about 5 miles of river where you see barges and industrial facilities. It's a fine way to kill an hour, but at $20 a pop.. not worth the price. Skip it.

This cruise offers a look at Savannah's scenic riverfront and interesting industry around Savannah. You'll also get a better understanding of containers and container ships. The narration is instructive and will increase your knowledge of Savannah and Georgia's history. ou'll also get the true story behind one of Savannah's legends. This tour was worth the price and my time.

This is a great tour. There is a dining option available, or a snack bar if you don't want to dine. The top of the boat is open and is a great opportunity to take in the views and get some sun. It was very relaxing and Captain Dave is a very knowledgeable tour guide

We were tired from a morning walking tour so ready to sit down and this tour was an interesting view of the Savannah River front. There was some history of some of the old buildings (some built from ship ballast) and you get a better view than you get from just walking by on the streets. Savannah is a very... More

Unless you are interested in seeing container ships and industrial landscape save your money and time for more interesting parts of Savannah. Very disappointing

My husband and I went on the 90 minute guided sightseeing tour aboard the River Queen. It was okay. Nothing spectacular. It was super hot and no seats available in the shade. The speakers kept fading in and out as the captain was narrating. Also, alcoholic beverages were outrageously priced starting at about $24. We will definitely return to try... More

Not worth the money. You go up one way, turn around, up the other way, turn around - finish! The narrator talks all the ay through. Could hear what he was saying though You dont see anything different. Just local shipping industries Just not worth it
