We enjoyed the history of the river and surroundings while cruising along the river. I'd recommend sitting outside if possible.

My husband surprised me for my 55th birthday witha riverboat cruise. We were visiting Savannah Georgia on vacation. The minute we entered the ship the waiter took us to our table and to my surprise there were balloons ,a rose, and a card. He wished me a happy birthday and sat us on a table for 4 just for us!... We were lucky enough to get a Living Social offer for this trip. The day was just picture perfect and we enjoyed the view from the front of the riverboat. The captain and narrator on April 21st was just excellent. He spoke about the harbor, explained what was happening on the container ships, and gave us a very informative tour... More

We booked the dinner cruise hoping for a romantic dinner while sailing along the river. Maybe we should have asked more questions, such as "Is this appropriate for a romantic dinner while sailing along the river?" I don't recall the agent at Old Town Trolley telling us that we had to go some place else to exchange our tickets for... More

The river tour was amazing . Captain Dave was so informative about all the points along the river and the different ocean vessels we saw in the area. It was entertaining and interesting. I would go again on my next visit

Nice to be out on the water, food was good, I'd do it again. Been on several of these dinner cruises now (Norfolk, D.C and here) and this one had the best vibe. Didn't really learn a lot about the history of Savannah but it was fun, and I did have a good time. And if you start to feel... More

I thought this was an interesting tour of the commercial port of Savannah. The captain explained all the buildings that were visible from the water, the other ships and their flags, some of the history of the City and the various statues that were visible. Savannah River is not wide and is not very deep and needs to be dredged... More

Well worth the price. It was pouring rain when it started and the crew let us on early. The crew, food, and band were wonderful. The band even sang happy birthday to my Mom. Food was buffet style. There was delicious prime rib, shrimp and grits, all kinds of sides, fruit and cheesecakes. The rain stopped and we were able... More

This was well worth the 60 min. river tour to get a real understanding of why Savannah is here. Very relaxing, great narrator.

We bought riverboat tickets at the same time as our trolley tickets. It turns out that those tickets MUST be redeemed for boarding passes at the office across the cobblestone walkway from the riverboat prior to boarding. Luckily, we were there in time. Also luckily, and completely by accident, we were among the first to board, headed up to the... More
