My husband and I took the Low Country class during our vacation to Tybee and Savannah. It was a first class experience from start to finish. Class was just 13 people, allowing everyone to participate and ask questions. Chef had done all of the prep so we essentially assembled and cooked the meal but still, it was great. We made... More

My boyfriend & I decided to take the date night cooking class from 5-8p.m. I am so glad that we did! It was absolutely awesome! We learned so many new tricks & tips for cooking. I love cooking, so this class just added to my recipe collection. Not to mention, we learned how to seat scallops, which is one of... More

It was a great experience! I took my mom, and we had so much fun. The prep work is largely done, but you still get to have a hands-on experience. Recipes greet you at home... fun and tasty. Do this!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I took this class while my husband was completing a work related training in Savannah. I loved every minute!! I learned so much, and had so much fun. The Chef was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very kind. The food we made was AMAZING. He answered every question I had about cooking, products and technique. I came home from... More

My husband and I took the low country cuisine lesson. At first, I was not so excited by this category, but Chef Peter made it more universally appealing with tips about knife sharpening and how to deal with ingredients like grits that I have never used before. Everything was so delicious that I wish I could have eaten more. He... More

Traveled to Savannah with my wife and best friends to celebrate hitting "halfway to hundred." I am always looking for cooking tips and enjoy getting professional guidance, technique, and recipes. Knowing all of this, my wife signed us up at the 700 Kitchen Cooking School. Earlier in the week we attended Chef Joe Randall's event. Can't compare the two -... More

My daughter and I planned our trip to Savannah specifically to attend classes at 700 Kitchen Cooking School, and we were not disappointed! Chef Peter Russo is so personable and knowledgeable; he made all three of the classes we attended fun and informative. I really enjoyed every recipe we made (even those made with foods that aren't normally my favorites).... More

I was beyond thrilled to attend this class! When I return to savannah I will not attend just one class, I might have to take a class everyday of the week. This was one of the best meals I had during my time in savannah. Chef Peter was not not only knowledgable, he's passionate and a wonderful chef! I can't... More

I consider myself fairly decent on the grill but not so much in the kitchen. After taking the class taught by Peter Russo I am able to recreate closely to the dishes that we created in the class. Peter sent us the recipe's for the items he taught in the class, easy to read and follow. Delicious.
