My friend and I took the hors d' ourves class with 6 other ladies. Chef Peter Russo had done all the hard work of cutting the mushrooms, garlic, shrimp, crab, chicken, onions and had them marinating. We were taught how to put the dishes together and correct way to bake them, keep them warm and what stage to leave them... More

Went to the lunch time hors d'ovres class. We learned the techniques for about 10 different items. Chef Peter is a great teacher. Of course, we got to eat what we made and drink wine, too. It was a lot of fun

My husband and I spent an afternoon at the Classic Italian cooking class with Chef Peter Russo. We happened to be the only two that day, which was awesome! Peter was so kind, very informative and well prepared! We especially liked his hands on approach to teaching us the recipes! Making fresh pasta was a highlight. I would highly recommend... More

There was 12 of us that met the chef, Peter Russo, he explained the basic format of the class. It begin with a stroll through Forsyth Park to the Farmer's Market where we purchased items for the class; Italian Sausage, NY Strips, Shrimp, Chicken, Onions, Kale, Broccoli & Bacon. We then went to classroom, very fun with plenty of room... More

This class is well worth taking. Chef Russo is the best! He made it fun and taught us how to make some fantastic dishes. I can not wait to take another class.

Chef Peter is a master of the culinary arts as well as coaxing out your inner Iron Chef. Our class was the day after Christmas and Chef Peter helped our class of fifteen create masterpieces of roasted chicken with balsamic glaze, seared sea scallops, ham hock and black eyed pea soup, roasted cauliflower, faro risotto, buttermilk mashed potatoes, and a... The class is held in the carriage house of an old mansion and the chef who facilitates is entertaining and informative. He was engaging both for the foodies in the group and the novices- impressive.

My wife and I visited Savannah for our anniversary trip and booked two of Chef Peter Russo classes, so we attended both the Italian and the Farmer's Market classes. Peter is a fantastic chef and we really enjoyed his teaching methods and how he structured the hands-on class work. All attendees got to do as much or as little as... More
