My sister and I had a wonderful class with Chef Peter during our stay in Savannah. We learned many new techniques in food preparation while having lots of fun. The food we prepared and ate was delicious.

I had the pleasure of taking the Farmers Market class with Chef Peter and it was great fun! He was very organized, informative and knowledgeable. Not only did I learn some new recipes but I learned some great basics that I have implemented in my own kitchen. Our food was delicious, we all had a hand in making it and... More

While visiting Savannah I took two cooking classes with Chef Peter Russo at the 700 Kitchen Cooking School. Both classes were fantastic! I would recommend his classes to everyone regardless of their cooking ability. His directions are concise and he makes everything seem easy. We made pasta which I had never made before. After each demonstration you have a chance... More

My husband and I booked reservations for the Low Country dinner cooking class and had a great time! There were six of us total, so the small group made for a fun experience with plenty of time to ask questions. Chef Russo made it feel like we were family just getting together to cook! His explanations and demonstrations of kitchen... More

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday in Savannah by taking the hors oeuvre class from Chef Peter at the 700 Kitchen School. We had a fabulous time making 9 hors oeuvres, drinking wine, and meeting people from around the USA. My husband proclaimed, "the experience was my favorite in Savannah." Chef Peter was a great host & instructor. We can't... More

Everything about this experience was excellent. Chef Peter is a master of flavor and interacts with you like he has known you all your life! The menu we cooked was a Seafood Stew with a lovely aromatic broth and lump crab meat and PEI mussels. A baked Wreck fish that is locally caught off Savannah in the ocean. Served with... More

Our group of four gals had a great time with Chef Peter last Wednesday night. We learned some helpful cooking tips, participated as much as we wanted, and enjoyed the amazing food which he/we prepared. He is easy going, knowledgeable, and fun to be around.

Our party met Chef Peter Russo at noon today, and we moseyed on to the Farmers Market in the park across the street. We gathered the vegetables we needed for our meal, and returned to the Mansion Hotel and to Peter's "office", a lovely kitchen beautifully appointed and greatly suited for cooking classes. Without going into all the details of... More

This cooking class was worth our trip to Savannah alone. Chef is incredibly fun and informative, and lets you be as hands-on as you want to be. My husband and I had no idea what to expect out of this class because we had never taken a cooking class before, but in the end, we felt like we were in... More
