My husband and I signed up for this for our 25th anniversary. So very thankful we did!!! Chef Peter is amazing!!! His enthusiasm and passion comes through in the way he teaches and the love he puts into the food. All I can say is I can't wait to return and learn more next time we are in Savannah! This... More

I went to the pasta cooking class and had an amazing time. Chef Peter took the time to explain different cooking techniques to us and broke down the recipes in an easy to follow format. The class was very hands on. We only had four people in the class and were each able to make our own pasta dough and... More

Chef Peter was the key to this class being so great. He took the time to answer questions, was extremely patient, and has a passion that was contagious. We took the hors d'oeuvre class Friday evening and the food was outstanding. This was our second time in Savannah and this has been by far the best activity! We can't wait... More

I have been coming to Savannah for over 20 years and am always looking for something new, something different and this is it!! Chef Peter Russo made us so comfortable, had everything organized, and answered any question that came up. The appetizers we made were delicious and gave us confidence to try things we had not in the past. The... More

Thank you Chef Peter Russo for an incredible experience. Our hor d'ouevre cooking class was the best thing we have ever done in Savannah. We visit Savannah every year, and are always looking for something new to do. The class was very well organized, and Chef took time with us to explain the cooking techniques, as well as lots of... Our management leadership team used this as a team building event as part of an offsite planning meeting. Chef Pete was the key to this being an outstanding team building exercise. As a bonus we enjoyed a very tasty meal too!! It was an honor to work with him and learn some new cooking techniques from him!

I was in Savannah area for girls' weekend and no one wanted to get up in the morning and go to cooking school with me - I am so glad I did! When I came back with some of the leftovers, they were so envious. When I demonstrated that there were actually 4 ways to chop an onion and how... More
