Chef Peter was so inclusive and was happy to explain every step and answer questions along the way. I attended the class that started with a trip to the farmer's market to get our supplies. Chef stops along the way and introduces his favorite venders, gives time to sample the treats and experience the city's market. Then off to cooking,... More

Just an amazing cooking experience with Chef Peter Russo. We were 2 couples and were joined by 8 other people. Mansion at Forsyth Park is a great venue and cooking school area was large and inviting. This was a pasta and gnocchi cooking class with wonderful dinner with lots of wine. We learned to make pasta from scratch; --mixed by... More

I went with my cousin to the Low Country cooking class. It was during the day. There were only 2 other people in the class - newlyweds. It was actually the perfect amount of people although I know the class normally has lots more. We each got our own "dish" that we were responsible for. We learned so much and... More

Attended Chef Russo's class with a girlfriend. Our menu was heirloom tomato & cheese appetizer, corn risotto, roasted white asparagus, Chilean sea bass, roasted duck breast and lava cake. I learned so many hints and tricks that never occurred to me through watching Chef Russo work as well as some hands on time. We had 8 folks in the class...wouldn't... More

Chef Peter Russo provided a wonderful educational experience. The cooking class was hands on and we prepared such an amazing meal that I have already prepared parts of it at home. We had so much fun meeting the other couple in our class and shared a fun evening that I would repeat again. Thank you Chef Peter for the for... More

My husband and I went to this cooking class together on vacation. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon, but the cooking class itself was definitely for beginners. (My husband cooks a lot, and many of the things they taught were the very basics of cooking). The chef was very good and entertaining, but if you know anything... More

Our company reserved a cooking class with Chef Russo during our work retreat, and after being to quite a few cooking classes in the past I was not looking forward to it. Most of the time in my experience the Chef's bore me to death and don't really let you interact and help them cook. Chef Russo was fabulous. Not... More

This was our Favorite experience from our visit to St Augustine, Savannah and Charleston. A fabulous and completely unexpected joy of an evening, fun and learning with Chef Peter, and a Great Meal to boot! We just stumbled upon this when discussing dining options with the Mansion's concierge. Took a chance and this was better than just getting a meal.... More
