We bought the on-off tickets to tour the town at our own pace. With 15 stops that we could get off and on at any time up till 430pm. Went on three different trollys..windows would not work on all three....very chilly...so entire ride was cold....Cindy, our first guide, excellent...other two...poor....one just worried about whether we had paid and had our pass....other guy obviously just putting in his time...just blah.... more

Four of us took the Old Town Trolley Tour two days after Thanksgiving. The trolley was packed - uncomfortable seating, and the driver sped through the historic district at a rapid pace. The Old Town Trolley is a fun and enjoyable way to see Savannah. Convenient with pick up at the Savannah Visitor Center. Free parking at the Old Town Trolley lot across the street. First I don't think the tour was worth $25. You have the convenience of getting off and on at different places in the town which is great, but most of the trolley's were full...So you had to wait quite a while.
