We took the East Side Tour with Sam. We found Sam to be the perfect host. She is adorable, funny and smart and knows how to keep a good pace while not making people feel rushed. The tour starts off with a bang at the Pirate's House where you will meet Country, a unique and lovable character. From there you... More

We HIGHLY recommend this food tour. We took the Four Firsts Food Tour and our guide was Anna. This tour absolutely made our trip! Anna was a wealth of information on both food and historical info related to Savannah. She kept the info and laughs coming and the entire group of 14 had an awesome time eating and drinking at... My husband and I just finished the East Side Tour with Sam! She was a phenomenal tour guide. The perfect mix of food and interesting Savannah history. Lots of walking and eating. Wear comfortable shoes/sneakers. We enjoyed all the food stops. My husband's favorite stop was The Pirates' House and my favorite was Zunzi's Takeout. From the start you are... More

My sister and I planned a girls trip to Savannah, she found the Taste Experience online and after reading the reviews, we booked our tour. Best decision we made all weekend! We took the Famous and Secret East Side Food Tour with the best tour guide ever, Charlotte. We started at the Pirates' House with the amazing Country on hand... More

This is a great trip around Savannah, even for locals like us. You find a few new spots like the hole in the wall BBQ which was WONDERFUL. Our guide was good and enthusiastic, but really just had TOO MUCH to share. Granted there is so much history in Savannah it is endless, but EDIT already.

I arranged for a group to take this tour and it was a good experience. Our guide, Megan, was perfect - knowledgeable, but not overwhelming with too much information. The food was very good at each stop. Climbing two flights of steps to the second floor of B&D Burgers was a bit taxing for a few older guests in our... More

My wife and I took the afternoon tour on a Sunday with Andrew as our guide. We really enjoyed this food tour. There were seven stops in a variety of restaurants and a couple of shops. The food was excellent, the group seemed well entertained, and the walk was fun and not taxing at all despite the hike up from... More

We did the First Squares Tour with Sam as our guide, and it was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. It is a nice mix of history, and it was fun to go into some local eateries and taste some different foods. We had She Crab soup at Rocks on the River, Shrimp and Grits at Tondees, Meat Pie... More
