As often as I'm in Savannah, I've only eaten here once. The building is amazing. Each dining room is as unique as is the building. It's for sure worth a visit.

Yes, The Olde Pink House is a savannah institution, but it is sadly somewhat "institutionalized." It is quite "touristy," and beyond crowded. Opt for the second floor; it has less of that crowded feeling. They could do with taking out several tables. It is noisy as is. You are pretty rushed through dinner as if they are eagerly waiting to... More

I didn't want to do it. I tend to shy away from tourist attractions like this one, but I must say the food warrants all the attention. I had the signature dish, the scored flounder--and it was wonderful, as was the fried green tomato appetizer. The staff seemed too nice! I felt like I was in Disney World, but the... More

Read some reviews and was tempted not to go, but went. The place is dimly lit which was the joke of the night. It is loud and busy. The food arrives fast I kind felt I was being rushed. The fried green tomato salad is outstand could just ate one big plate. We ended up sharing a whole bunch of... More

We made a reservation online for dinner here about 6 days in advance. I think perhaps for lunch you can just walk in, but not for dinner. We'd been walking around Savannah in shorts all day with no chance to change and were a little concerned because the place seemed so fancy but it didn't seem to be a problem... More

.. We were able to acquire 7:45 PM reservation by simply calling at 8 AM that morning! We arrived on time and asked to be seated in the upstairs dining room. A quick elevator ride and we were ushered to a wonderful table for four ( tho we were only two!) in a large, sumptous and elegant dining room. As... More

Beautiful 1700's home. Excellent food and service. A large restaurant that can be noisey. Suggest you ask for one of the smaller rooms in the older section of the house.

My husband and I had our wedding upstairs in their grand ballroom and cocktails and appetizers in the elegant rooms throughout the second floor. It was absolutely the BEST place to host your wedding and of coarse have dinner or lunch, which we have done many times in their Tavern or first floor dinning area. Not only is the food... More

While we were in both Charleston and Savannah, we ate in as many TripAdvisor recommended restaurants as possible. This was one of the best. Great food, great service, in one of the oldest buildings in town, beautifully restored. The only thing which marred our experience was a very loud and obnoxious group in the next room, not the fault of... More
