Chase is an amazing and informative guide who lets his "guests" decide if there are ghosts or not on the tour. He is an exceptional guide into Savannah's history that just happens to be centered on the various haunted places around the city. I am a historical archaeologist/preservationist and Chase at no point on the tour made me feel I... More

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the tour was. Chase Anderson was knowledgeable, informative and a great orator. Highlight of our stay in Savannah. Do wear comfortable shoes and have a bathroom break before the tour begins.

Chase Anderson is an exceptional guide for the paranormal and historical. He weaves a great yarn about each haunted location that invoked a gamut of emotions in me. Sometimes I laughed and sometimes all I could do was bow my head in horror for the violence that the Savannah folks had experienced at their death. His respect for the spirit... More

The key to a successful outcome with a ghost tour is two things: one, you have to understand that the main value is "living" history (if we can use that term), and not necessarily anything scary or other-worldly. The second is to find a tour that takes the subject seriously, treats it with great stories after good research, and entertains,... More

We enjoyed this tour overall. Chase is really knowledgeable about Savannah and shared about 5-6 detailed stories about haunted buildings/areas. He didn't have all of the information about all of them, simply because a lot of it is unknown and he didn't want to tell us anything that wasn't documented. Got to see some interesting areas from interesting vantage points.... More

We've been on ghost walks in half a dozen cities, and this one ranks among the best. We learned a lot about Savannah history, both good and bad. It's a great way to learn a new city.

We have been on many ghost walks throughout the nation's large cities and this was by far the most disappointing. We went on one in Savannah about 4 years ago and it was so much fun and interesting that we couldn't wait to come back and go again, but what a let down. The "haunted" buildings we were to tour... This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip to Savannah - a nighttime, guided ghost tour of one of the most haunted cities in the US. Unfortunately, other than telling us about 30 times that Savannah was one of the most haunted cities in America, our guide was pretty vague on any specifics. He seemed to lose his... More

Well, as a business owner, these are the ones that you dread hearing the most. Sometimes there are things you could have done differently --other times not. Clearly it was not a good match for you and your family and we hate to hear it --especially since it was to be as you say the highlight of your trip. We... More

We really enjoyed our time with Chase. He did a great job giving the tour on an unbelievable cold night for Savannah. He was able to manage the group great, even though some folks from NJ/NY were a bit very drunk. Great history, great stories and of course going into one of the haunted buildings was nice. Even nicer was... More

We were a little skeptical about the ghost tour heading in to it, but we ended up enjoying the experience. Chase was enthusiastic about leading the tour group, so much so that the tour ended up going a little over. The tour was not based on shock or gore, but was focused on the history of the city and "actual"... More
