The park is open from sunup to sundown and the closing time is posted up by the footbridge over the Jones Falls. There are lots of things to do at the park-some planned by the park staff and some to do on your own. Now (March 2015) is a good time to enjoy a walk, jog, or bike ride along... More

Made a first visit to this park this past weekend. While our dog is not yet old enough to be in the dog park area, it is a very large dog park and gives the dogs a lot of room to run in a long straight line. And there's even a swimming area with entry into the reservoir for the... More

Great hiking trails around a beautiful lake. Top that off with a dog park that your pooch will enjoy and you will have a fun day outdoors. The dog park is safe as they require you to register your dog, and give you a code to enter.

This park was great! A fairly long trail, lot's of parking, cool dam, dog friendly-ish (although there is a weird uninviting member's only fenced-in dog park area that was a little off-putting). But the trail is well maintained, although a little muddy on the other side of the light rail tracks. Robert E. Lee park is a hidden gem. This... More

This park has had very recent construction completed. There are lots of trails and a fenced dog area. Lake Roland is always nice to sit by and listen to the waterfall.

This is a place I have been going to for 40 years. The park has made a number of improvements including more parking that has a board walk to the main park. The lake is usable for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. There is trail that follows a really old railroad right away that ends at Falls Rd.This is a fantastic place to spend the... Being a relatively new transplant to Baltimore, I am always on the lookout for a park with a water venue where I can walk and hubby and I can go on a Sunday afternoon picnic/nature experience that is close to home. I have found it! The park is newly renovated and stunning, especially now that the leaves are just starting... More
