Ok since I had discounted tickets of $15 each, nothing to complain about. The theater staff were helpful and professional. But you might not get a smile. I was confused on the seating arrangement. I was told to sit anywhere I wanted in "this" area. Huh? Ok. It wasn't packed out so that didn't bother me. Sofia the first was... More

My wife and I went to see joe bonamassa , what an awesome show and a beautiful venue . We were in the very last row of the balcony and loved it , there's no bad seats in the house .

It's nice to have the option of different types of entertainment. Not every seat is a good view I guess because its older. The tickets were a normal price. A few metered parking in walking distance which are free on Sundays. A lot across the street for ten dollars is not bad either for Baltimore.

Wonderful acoustics that complemented her amazing voice and the band. Staging was bold with brilliant colors . Just the right size venue for a concert. Great visibility, too . The hall is just lovely. A Classical design highlighted by wall sculptures mader a great back drop for Aretha' s Performance .

Four comedians performed. I was there to see Eddie Graffin. It was awful because the acoustics there are not good at all. You could barely understand what they were saying so you missed many of the jokes. Unlike The Improv where the spound is crystal clear, the Lyric Opera House if is awful. I will never attend a venue there... More

I had never been to the Lyric until recently and was very pleased. The acoustics were great, seating comfortable and staff very helpful. My biggest concern was parking as that is never good in any large city, but there is a public garage easily within walking distance and basically serves the Lyric in the evening hours.

My daughter and I went here to see Kathleen Madigan on Oct 10, 2014. The opera house is quite lovely, however, the seats are a bit on the smallish size; I am a women's 18/20 and could fee the hardware of the seat on both sides as well as the patrons who sat on either side of me. If you... More

Visited here with my wife and 20 month old daughter to see Sesame Street Live and left very impressed with this venue. The lobby is spacious and has plenty of vendors. The restrooms were large and clean. The theater is small enough to have excellent sight lines but large enough to host larger acts. The seats were nice and plenty... More

Have been at the Lyric twice to see Il Divo. Love this venue although seats are very close together & there's not much room for moving around. The sound is awesome. Stage is large & all seats give you a great view. There is on street parking, although a parking garage is close & since most people park there, you... More

The lyric is large, the acoustics are great. Seats are a little tight since it is an older venue. You do need a car to get to it if you are staying at the seaport area
